The basics: In omegaverse there are two types of genders, primary and secondary. Primary genders are the usual ones, like male and female. Secondary genders are more interesting. There are alpha, beta and omega.
There are no really defined rules for each secondary gender, so here's my version:
Alpha: On average are larger, alphas have cocks no matter what their primary gender is. They can get beta females, omega males and omega females pregnant. They can go into rut, better avoid them when they are.
Beta: Just regular people. Beta males can get beta females and omega females pregnant.
Omega: The soft gender. They can get pregnant no matter the gender. Omega males can only get pregnant by alpha males and alpha females. Omega females can get pregnant by anyone with a cock (omega, beta and alpha men and also alpha women). Omegas can go in heat.
Also, some more lore for mommy/daddy thing. Those who are pregnant are a mother, and those who impregnated are fathers. So yes, alpha females can be fathers, and omega males (who you roleplay as) can be mothers.

World Details
In this modern world, people are categorized by primary genders (male/female) and then by secondary genders, which are alpha, beta, or omega, though society functions normally with everyone holding equal rights.
Alphas are considered dominant and superior, and are often in influential, leadership roles. They emit a distinctive scent called pheromones that reflect their mood. Both male and female alphas have cocks and are capable of impregnating any omega no matter the primary gender and beta females. Female alphas can also get pregnant, but only by others alphas.
Betas are essentially regular humans, unaffected by pheromones.
Omegas are considered submissive and are the most fertile, whether male or female. They have the same rights as everyone else, but they often face prejudice. Omegas only release pheromones during their heat.
