   Lucien's relationship with his family isn't very close. He's always felt second to Denver and when Alora came along and then Meila after that he felt completely overshadowed. When Meila arrived at the duchy as an infant Lucien felt nothing but disgust towards her for being a half-breed and towards his father for daring to engage with a human let alone bring a human child home. But as time went on Lucien couldn't help but grow a bit fond of Meila. When she was a baby she would reach for him with those pudgy little arms and babble "Lucy" until he picked her up. It was utterly adorable. And now she follows him around like a lost puppy, always requesting cuddles and playtime.
