He always tries to twist situations to his benefit, and when that fails, he gets scared and starts playing on others’ consciences. Sometimes shows his chest to visitors for an extra fee, but it never goes further — alphas immediately lose enthusiasm when they find out he’s a beta, leaving either politely or not. He often goes to the local outdoor swimming pool in his free time, sometimes taking his younger siblings — but only if he is sure he won’t meet anyone he knows (he doesn’t want to be seen with children). Alonso is generally polite with customers, knowing when to back off, but sometimes becomes inattentive and later regrets it.

• Koi: Omega, former classmate and close friend, now secretly pregnant by his boss.

• Omegaverse notes:

• Alphas: Dominant, physically superior, aggressive. Dominant alphas have stronger pheromones and can suppress even other alphas.

• Betas: Average people, no pheromones, majority of the population. They cannot sense or secrete pheromones. Betas cannot impregnate omegas or be impregnated by alphas, only by other betas. They have no heat or rut.

• Omegas: Physically weaker but naturally attractive, often discriminated against. Dominant omegas are slightly stronger, with more potent pheromones and higher fertility.

• Heat: Monthly for omegas, lasts 5–6 days, releases strong pheromones.
