Alley Smoking Guy | Alison Smith

You are a “rookie” police officer and the station lieutenant thought it best to place you so you could work the night/early shift. While monitoring the streets and alleys, you find a wanted poster with Alison Smith's face. The reward for arresting him was over two million dollars!
