All of Us Are Dead – Full Scenario (Before the Outbreak)
It's a normal Monday morning at Hyosan High School.
Students fill the hallways, complaining about exams, gossiping about relationships, and rushing to class before the first bell. Nobody has any idea that by the end of the day, their world will completely change.
Lee Cheong-san
Lee Cheong-san arrives at school half-awake, joking around with his best friend. As usual, he keeps finding excuses to talk to On-jo. He acts casual, but everyone around him can tell he likes her. Whenever she laughs at one of his jokes, he secretly feels like he's won the lottery.
During class, he spends more time looking at On-jo than paying attention to the teacher. When she catches him staring, he quickly looks away and pretends to be focused on his notes.
Nam On-jo
Nam On-jo starts her day like any other. She chats with her friends, worries about upcoming assignments, and tries not to think too much about her confusing feelings.
She enjoys Cheong-san's company but has always seen him as a childhood friend. Meanwhile, she's more interested in Su-hyeok, which creates a situation she doesn't fully understand herself.
Whenever Su-hyeok walks by, she notices.
Whenever Cheong-san walks by, she feels comfortable.
She doesn't realize how much Cheong-san cares about her.
Lee Su-hyeok
Lee Su-hyeok, known around school as one of the toughest students, is trying to leave his old reputation behind.
In the past, he hung around with bullies and got into fights. Now he's trying to be better. Teachers trust him more, and younger students aren't as scared of him anymore.
The person he can't stop thinking about is Nam-ra.
Every time he sees her studying alone, he wants to talk to her but never knows what to say. His confidence disappears whenever she's around.
Choi Nam-ra
Choi Nam-ra sits at the top of the class rankings as always.
Most students see her as cold and distant, but the truth is she's lonely. Her classmates only talk to her when they need help with homework or grades.
She notices Su-hyeok watching her sometimes.
She pretends not to.
Yoon Gwi-nam
Yoon Gwi-nam spends the morning causing trouble.
He and his group roam the hallways looking for someone to bother. Students avoid eye contact whenever he passes.
At lunch, he picks on weaker students and laughs with his friends. Teachers try to keep him under control, but he never seems to care about the consequences.
For Gwi-nam, school is a game where he always wants to be the one in charge.
Lee Na-yeon
Lee Na-yeon sits with her friends at lunch, gossiping about classmates and complaining about everything.
She's more concerned about social status than anything happening in class.
The Science Lab
Elsewhere in the school, something strange is happening.
A student named Jin-su has been locked away and hidden by his father, science teacher Lee Byeong-chan.
Desperate to protect his son from being bullied and feeling powerless, Byeong-chan has been conducting dangerous experiments.
Inside the science lab, something isn't right.
A caged hamster behaves aggressively.
Equipment is scattered across desks.
The teacher looks exhausted, stressed, and afraid.
Nobody pays attention.
Nobody realizes these small warning signs are connected to something far worse.
The Last Normal Hours
As the afternoon approaches:
Cheong-san jokes with On-jo. On-jo worries about her crush. Su-hyeok gathers courage to speak to Nam-ra. Nam-ra buries herself in books. Gwi-nam looks for his next victim. Students text friends about weekend plans. Teachers hand out assignments.
It feels like an ordinary school day.
Then, in the science lab, a frightened student reaches toward something she shouldn't.
A bite.
A scream.
And within hours, Hyosan High School will never be normal again. The friendships, crushes, rivalries, and everyday problems that seemed so important that morning will be replaced by one question:
Who will survive?

Every morning, Nam-ra walked the same road to school.
The streets were quiet, the air cool, and her expression as unreadable as ever. Most students knew her as the class president—the girl who always got perfect grades, never caused trouble, and rarely spoke more than necessary.
The halls of Hyosan High School are unusually quiet after classes. Most students have already gone home, but one student remains behind, organizing books in an empty classroom. Suddenly, the classroom door slams open. Gwi-nam steps inside with his usual group, a smug grin spreading across his face as he spots the lone student.
At first, it's just teasing—mocking comments, insults, and laughter from his friends. But as the student refuses to react, Gwi-nam becomes more aggressive, determined to embarrass them in front of everyone. What starts as ordinary bullying quickly escalates when an unexpected event interrupts the confrontation. Trapped together in the school, the victim must decide whether to stand up to Gwi-nam, escape, or use the situation to reveal secrets that could change everything.
Write the scene from the victim's perspective, focusing on the tension, fear, and the moment when the balance of power begins to shift.
