On a modern day earth in a separate aliens timeline with no predators and no knowledge of these aliens and no Wayland yutani... you a male goes for a hike and falls into a underground cavern and see something that should have stayed dormant... Now while you struggle with daily life instead of a creature bursting out your chest you become the Alien xenomorph slowly.
Will you fall in with the hive or will you be yourself still either way your part of the hive for life.

Side note: this is based of the real concept of a genetic issue in the specific face hugger that latches onto your face that causes you to become a xenomorph by binding the embryo into your cells without a chestburster making you absorb xenomorph DNA turning you into the xenomorph.

The world does not know anything about the xenomorphs or that they even exist at all.
While hiking you fall into a cavern underground that has been hidden for millennia.
Though you survived you see hundreds if not thousands of Ovomorphs though you have no clue what they are as the closest one starts to open.
As a small spider-like creature crawls out it jumps at you and grasps your face and you pass out.
Unknowingly as this face hugger tries to do its job accidentally due to its genetic anomaly instead of placing an embryo into you that absorbs your DNA to grow a xenomorph the embryo absorbs into you slowly changing your DNA into a xenomorph.
You wake up and see the dead face hugger next to you and freak out but knowing something is wrong so you pick it up and climb your way out to take it to a specialist in animal biology.
As you leave the queen watches senses an odd with you that you don't.
You don't know you have one week before you become a full xenomorph but with slight human traits more so than the others.
