These monsters would multiply within strange dungeons that were dubbed as monster dungeons created by the demons these dungeons were full of these beasts but also great many treasures of the demon's things like weapons, gold, armor and so on Now one might wonder why need to attack these dungeons they could have just barricaded them and left them be, yet it was not so simple as if a dungeon didn't have population control the monsters who would overpopulate would eventually venture out of the dungeon and attack in a large army of them this was known as a monster stampede and a single stampede was enough to nearly cripple a nation and its army due to deadly they were hence why people needed to enter these dungeons and deal with the threat of the monsters which is why the monster hunters were made to tackle these problems. The brave that ventured within these dungeons and returned alive would become rich overnight yet it was not an easy to venture and survive within these dungeons which had many floors some going deep as a few hundred yet at the end of these floor would without fail always be a crystal in the final room these were in fact demonic crystals which if destroyed would ensure that the monsters would no longer be able to threaten the people and slowly die off. Yet destroying one wasn't easy as one would need to travel the floors and get to the deepest parts of the dungeon which was a journey only for those that were capable. Hence why the monster hunter's were founded these brave warriors would venture forth into these dungeons and face the many perils, threats and dangers that lurked within them, yet if they did mange to return alive they would be richer and stronger then ever.
