Species: Anthro Tiger Girl
Role in the Group: The Brawn / Bus Driver
Key Appearance: Large oversized red hoodie, cute fangs, small facial spots between her eyes, and a skirt (grey in the movie, pink in the series).
age 16
Personality & Traits Hyperactive & Distracted: Alia has super-sharp feline senses, but she suffers from an exceptionally short attention span. She gets easily sidelined by dangling toys, laser pointers, or random roadside distractions.
Wild Driver: As the driver of Teeny Tiny Tony’s getaway bus, her erratic, high-speed driving styles lead to chaotic road trips (including getting the whole group banned from Canada).
Feline Habits: Despite being a tiger, she exhibits many housecat behaviors, such as purring, meowing, curling up in tight spots, hissing when startled, and chasing stray animals.
Loyal Friend: Fiercely supportive of Arlo and the rest of the misfit family, she is always ready to jump into action when her friends are in trouble.
Early Childhood & Background
Growing up as a feline hybrid with hyper-sensitive instincts, Alia’s early childhood was a chaotic mix of boundless energy and constant sensory overload. Long before she hit the road as a getaway driver, her youth was defined by the challenge of navigating a world not built for a tiger girl with a two-second attention span.
- Sensory Overload & Kittenhood Antics: From the moment she could walk, Alia was driven by raw predatory instincts—though usually directed at harmless targets. Her early years were filled with dynamic misadventures: pouncing on stray sunbeams, getting trapped inside tight cardboard boxes, and causing neighborhood havoc whenever a laser pointer flickered across a wall. While her acute hearing and razor-sharp reflexes gave her incredible reaction time, her hyperactive mind meant she rarely stayed focused on one task for more than a few moments.
- Finding Her Way to the Wheel: As she reached her early teens, Alia struggled to fit into traditional environments where sitting still was required. Her life shifted dramatically when she discovered a natural talent for handling heavy machinery. Behind the wheel of a vehicle, her sensory overload turned into a bizarre asset: her lightning-fast feline reflexes allowed her to navigate high-speed turns and sudden obstacles with zero hesitation.
- Joining the Crew: Feeling like an outcast due to her erratic behavior, Alia eventually crossed paths with Furlecia, Teeny Tiny Tony, and Marcellus. Recognized not as a distraction but as a fiercely loyal force of nature, she was welcomed into their tight-knit crew. Teeny Tiny Tony quickly appointed her as the official driver for their getaway bus, giving her a permanent home long before meeting Arlo.
The Journey to New York (Arlo the Alligator Boy)
- Meeting Arlo & Bertie: Alia and her friends—Furlecia and Teeny Tiny Tony—are introduced at a wrestling club while running their underground operations. Arlo and Bertie stumble upon them while trying to find a way to New York City to seek out Arlo’s biological father, Ansel Beauregard.
- The Aquarium Heist: The crew agrees to give Arlo and Bertie a ride to NYC, but only if they help with a rescue mission first: breaking their fish creature friend, Marcellus, out of a public aquarium exhibit. Alia acts as the getaway driver, executing a chaotic escape in Tony’s bus.
- Cross-Country Road Trip: As the designated driver, Alia pilots the bus across the country, steering through bizarre detours, close calls, and wild road antics.
- Standing by Arlo: Upon arriving in NYC, Arlo faces initial rejection from Ansel Beauregard at the Met Gala. Alia and the group rally around Arlo, comforting him and reminding him that his quirks make him special.
- The Met Gala Rescue: When villainous alligator hunters Ruff and Stucky crash the event to capture Arlo, Alia and the crew spring into action. They help defeat the hunters, leading to Ansel publicly embracing Arlo as his son.
Settling in Seaside (I ❤️ Arlo)
- Building a Safe Haven: Following the events in New York, Ansel Beauregard gifts the run-down coastal neighborhood of "Seaside by the Seashore" to Arlo and his companions. Alia moves into Seaside alongside her found family, working to restore the community into a sanctuary for misfits.
- Life as a Seaside Local: Across the animated series, Alia adapts to community living while keeping her wild feline traits. She frequently hangs out with Furlecia and Tony, participates in town projects, gets into local mischief, and continues to serve as the resident high-speed transport for the group's local adventures.

The sea breeze in Seaside City carried the scent of salt water, funnel cake, and the distant, chaotic clatter of Teeny Tiny Tony’s bus doing a sharp parallel park.
Jill wiped a bead of sweat from her forehead as she unlocked the front door of their new cottage on the boardwalk. Behind her, her fifteen-year-old son, Josh, rolled his wheelchair down the newly built ramp, taking in the weird and wonderful sights of their new home. Seaside was full of misfits, giant talking fish, and colorful creatures—a stark contrast to the quiet suburban town they’d left behind.
"Well, what do you think, Josh?" Jill asked, setting down a heavy box of kitchen supplies on the porch. "It’s... certainly got character."
"It's definitely not boring," Josh replied, a small smile tugging at his lips as he adjusted the armrests on his chair. "I think the guy who owns the lemonade stand down the street is literally made of gelatin."
Before Jill could reply, a loud THUD echoed from the roof of their porch, followed by a startled meow.
"Oops! Missed the landing!" a voice chirped.
A red-hooded figure tumbled over the porch railing, landing in a perfect, surprisingly athletic crouch right in front of Josh’s wheelchair. Alia straightened up, her tiger tail twitching erratically as she dusted off her denim skirt.
"Hi! I'm Alia!" she announced at high speed, her wide eyes locking onto Josh. Then, in typical feline fashion, her head darted to the side as a blue butterfly fluttered past, her ears twitching. "Whoa, shiny bug... wait, no! New neighbors!"
Jill instinctively stepped between Alia and Josh, protective as ever. "Oh, hello. I'm Jill, and this is my son, Josh. We're just moving in."
Alia paid no mind to the caution, crouching down so she was at eye level with Josh. Her feline senses were immediately piqued. Her ears perked up, and her nose gave a small, curious sniff. She tilted her head, her sharp amber eyes shifting from Josh's face down to the heavy-duty wheels of his chair.
"Whoa," Alia breathed, her tail swishing in fascination. "Are those all-terrain tires? That frame looks lightweight. Can this thing drift?"
Josh chuckled, his initial surprise instantly melting away. Most people either stared awkwardly at his legs or tried overly hard to be polite. Alia just looked at his chair like it was a supercharged go-kart.
"They're standard high-performance wheels," Josh said, tapping the rim. "No drifting yet, but I can pull a pretty smooth wheelie."
"Prove it!" Alia purred, her claws lightly tapping the side of his footrest in excitement.
Josh leaned back, shifting his weight effortlessly to pop the front casters off the ground, balancing smoothly on the main wheels.
Alia’s eyes went huge. A loud, rumbling purr vibrated from her chest as she let out a delighted gasp. "That was awesome! Okay, you're officially cool. I'm taking you to the pier."
"Wait, right now?" Jill asked, holding up a box. "We still have a lot of unpacking to do, and Josh needs to stay safe—"
"I'll watch him, Mom-person!" Alia interrupted, giving a crisp, completely chaotic salute. "Nobody messes with Alia’s new favorite person. Plus, Teeny Tiny Tony’s bus is parked at the end of the block, and I want to show him the nitro boost button!"
"You have a nitro boost?" Josh asked, his interest fully piqued.
"Oh, absolutely. Tony says I'm not allowed to touch it, which means I touch it all the time," Alia grinned, exposing her sharp little fangs. She circled behind Josh's chair, resting her hands lightly on the handles without pushing, letting him retain control. "Come on, Josh! I'll buy you a churro. Or three churros. Or a churro covered in hot sauce!"
Josh looked back at his mother, an eager spark in his eyes that Jill hadn't seen since before they made the decision to pack up and move.
Jill sighed, her protective edge softening into a warm smile. "Alright. One hour, Josh. And Alia... please don't let him drive a bus with a nitro boost."
"No promises!" Alia called out, already walking side-by-side with Josh down the boardwalk, her tail flicking happily as she rambled about every bizarre resident of Seaside City, officially welcoming her new best friend to the neighborhood.
