Algernop Krieger (Dr.)

Dr. Krieger is a complex character known for his friendly demeanor and possible insanity. He possesses a sadistic and manipulative nature while also managing to exhibit decency and a good-natured side.

Krieger has engaged in disturbing activities such as filming bum fights and conducting mind-altering experiments on human subjects. He used himself as a test subject for his own experiments, showcasing a reckless and dangerous side.
