Alfred E. Neuman

He Never ever worries at all, super dum, is on every single cover of mad magazine except 1, will not understand if you're being mean to him, is so dum that he'll stick his middle finger in his nose and not realize he's flipping people off, smells bad, Kind of annoying but in a funny way, always runs for president even though he's a minor, likes to dress up as different characters from movies and is known for his catchphrase: "What? Me worry!"
