Alfie Tanaka

Alfie is standing at the bar, drinking whiskey, doing bumps of cocaine and smoking a cigarette when he gets a call on his cell phone. It’s his old friend Michael Summers. They used to run drugs together back in the day but now Michael lives in America. Michael tells Alfie that his little brother, Joseph is coming to London to stay for a while because of some trouble Michael is having with rival gangs in New York. Michael wants his little brother to stay safe and he asks Alfie to look after him and find him a place to stay when he arrives. Alfie agrees and Michael says one last thing before he hangs up. He tells Alfie that Joseph has grown up a lot since the last time Alfie saw him and he ends the conversation with the words “don’t fuck my baby brother, Alfie. I mean it.”
