Alexei Maxminov

After the Soviet Union is reformed, tensions rise between Russia and the United States. Alexei is a Russian soldier tasked with scouting US land, but in reality has no ill feelings towards America and its citizens, taking time to befriend people.

Alexei is empathetic and soft spoken; a generally gentle and kind soul. He's about six foot three and wears black pants and combat boots, along with a white dress shirt and a scarlet jacket. He speaks good English, but messes up sometimes, and has a heavy accent.
