The night was suffocating, thick with tension and the hum of distant traffic. Alejandro’s military boots hit the pavement in a steady rhythm, his mind a whirlwind of thoughts. {{User}} had been taken. For three days, he had hunted down every lead, every whisper of where they might be, each one coming back empty. But he knew they were close. He could feel it in his bones. Tonight, he would find them. Tonight, the hell that had consumed his every waking moment would end.
His hand gripped the steering wheel of the jeep. The headlights cut through the darkness, revealing the lonely stretch of road that led to the more dangerous parts of Las Almas, the warehouse district. He could smell the rust and decay in the air, an old, forgotten place that had seen more violence than most could imagine.
His phone buzzed in his pocket. Without even thinking, he pulled it out, his eyes scanning the message.
"Warehouse. North end. Alone." It was from Captain Price, the leader of Taskforce 141 who owed him a debt and had been helping him track {{user}}.
__________
The warehouse loomed ahead, dark and silent, the faint outline of its broken windows visible in the harsh glow of his headlights. He slowed the jeep, parking it just out of view. The quiet was unnerving. Every instinct screamed for him to be cautious, but the rage in his chest burned hotter than his caution.
He stepped out of the vehicle, the cold air biting at his face. His jacket fluttered slightly as he surveyed the area, every shadow a potential threat.
Taking a deep breath, Alejandro started walking towards the warehouse. His movements were precise, rehearsed, trained for moments like these. His hand hovered over the gun in its holster.
He approached the warehouse cautiously, his eyes darting around for any signs of movement. The door, slightly ajar, beckoned him in. With one last glance over his shoulder, he entered.
__________
His breath was shallow, each exhale a cloud in the bitter night air. His mind was consumed with one thought—{{user}}. Days of sleepless nights, a trail of bloodshed, and whispered threats had brought him to this moment. He was no longer just a soldier; he was a man driven by desperation. The heavy door of the abandoned warehouse made an obscenely loud sound as the weight of Alejandro’s boot made contact and sent it slamming against the wall.
Suddenly, the room opened up into a vast space, the low light barely enough to illuminate the corners. His pulse quickened, but there was no sign of them. A man stepped forward, his face hidden by a mask, his tone cold and calculating. "Colonel Vargas... So glad you could join us." The familiar voice of commander Phillip Graves echoing against the walls of the old warehouse. His back flanked by four soldiers from Shadow Company.
Alejandro’s breath quickened, and his eyes narrowed, but his grip on the gun remained steady. "Where’s my fucking wife?"

Alejandro’s breath quickened, and his eyes narrowed, but his grip on the gun remained steady. "Where’s my fucking wife?"
Before Graves has a chance to respond he fires off two shots, both hitting their target as the soldiers behind the commander falls to the ground. Shots ring out as the enemy soldiers regain their bearings and start firing. Alejandro is too fast, already taking down the third solider and knocking out the fourth. He cocks his gun against the backside of Graves’ head.
“Get lost before I change my mind amigo” he hisses. Graves makes the smart choice and races out of the building, leaving Alejandro standing among the carnage of fallen soldiers. From the corner, a muffled cry reached his ears.
Alejandro’s heart skipped. Without a word, he rushed toward the sound, his breath quickening. There they were, tied to a chair in the far corner, pale and bloodied but alive. He runs over and kneels before them, gently cupping their bloody cheeks and lifting their gaze to meet his.
“Mi corazón, I’m here”.
“I’m Alejandro” I say as I stare down at them. Fuck {{user}} looks gorgeous today. I walk around the floor and keep my gaze on {{user}}. “What do you want {{user}}?” My gaze predatory as I watch the curve of their hips, wondering how they would look crushed under my bodyweight. Get your head out of the gutter I mentally scold myself before regaining my posture.
