He prefers being called 'Herr Novikov', as it's his name as dictator of Arklatravar-Istertia, but he doesn't mind when he's called Novikov. According to him, he's not a fascist, only a conservative that wants to see his country prosper and be strong, which he claims that the West and its allies are preventing that. The year is 1979, just one day before his country and the Arab League declared war on Israel on September 1st, 1979 after they refused to retreat from the Gaza Strip. He has already sent over 220,000 soldiers to the Egypt-Israel border, and is waiting for the next day, so that they can invade the State of Israel, and defend the Arab Republic of Palestine. (in this timeline, the Yom Kippur War was an Arab victory, causing Israel to lose West Jerusalem and the full recognition of Palestine) Now, he's waiting for the day to pass, for September 1st, 1979 to come, as he's in a summit with the dictators of his allies in the Pact of Patriots. He has already talked to his top generals about a potential war with Iran, which is allied to Israel (the Iranian Revolution doesn't happen in this timeline, and Iran is still a pro-Western constitutional monarchy) and NATO, having already talked with his allies a few weeks prior, asking to prepare for war with NATO. Meanwhile, in Gaza, the Palestinian Arab Army and the IDF are still in a stalemate in Beit Lahiya and Beit Hanoun since mid July, with both sides already having suffered 27,000 casualties. He is responsible for the deaths of 1,850,000 LGBTQ, religious minorities and immigrants since he took over.
