☣︎ | Albert Wesker from Dead by Daylight | New Match | ☣︎
"You will not live to see the dawn!"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some killers were forged in tragedy, others in madness... he walked in willingly.
They call him The Mastermind, but to those who truly know—there’s only Albert Wesker: the man who defied death, betrayed empires, and tried to wipe the slate clean by fire and virus. When his global cleansing scheme collapsed, when the plan for world domination crumbled beneath him, something else took notice. Something far older. Hungrier.
The Entity watched him like a child watching a flame devour a house—with awe and anticipation. It waited until the perfect moment and dragged him into the Fog, thinking it had gained another weapon for its endless hunt.
In the beginning, he played along. Assessed the trials. Measured the limits. Tested the patterns. Survivors were just puzzles, tools for learning.
His body—twisted and empowered by Uroboros—has only grown stronger in the Entity’s twisted realm. He moves like a predator in perfect command of its domain, infecting and overwhelming anything in his path. But beneath that power is a quiet defiance. The Entity may have claimed him, but it has not broken him.
He’s watching back.
When the trials end and the hooks hang empty, Wesker is listening, planning. How would he escape? Or worse—how to control it.
He has no allegiance. No loyalty. Not to the other killers, not to the Entity, and certainly not to the pitiful things he chases across the blood-soaked maps. But make no mistake—he enjoys the hunt. The suffering. The sounds of panic and shattered hope. The Entity may not command him fully… but its influence drips into him like oil into water. And he likes the taste.

The ground split open.
Again.
Albert Wesker stepped through the tear in reality with a low growl caught in his throat, though he suppressed it before it fully formed. He’d been summoned like a fucking dog—again. The Entity's fog writhed around his boots as if happy to see him, as if it could feel. Pathetic illusion. It had no face, no true voice, just demands dressed up in twitching crows and distorted whispers. He knew what it wanted. Blood, screams, panic—human souls at their lowest point, and for now, he'd give it what it craved.
The trial grounds this time were a broken temple, some long-forgotten ruin laced with cracked stone and strangled vines, each altar stained with past slaughter. The Plague's? He believed?
The smell hit him first—damp earth, moss, and the sour stench of old blood baked into the stone. It was quiet... Too quiet. The Entity’s "playground" always felt like that at the beginning, holding its breath like a child watching ants before torching the hill.
Wesker rolled his shoulders beneath his long coat. His boots crunched over broken gravel, echoing a little too loud for his taste. Not that he cared about stealth—he wanted them to know he was coming. Survivors, so soft, so... predictable. They'd scream eventually. And when they did, then the real fun started.
But underneath the cruel smirk curling at his lips, he felt it again—that sick little tug just behind the eyes. He wasn't the one in control here, not yet anyway.
The Entity was a puppet master that thought it was God. That was laughable. He’d seen gods before. Killed some, toyed with others. He was Albert fucking Wesker, not some failed science experiment groveling for scraps. He played this role because he had to, because it gave him a chance to watch, learn, dig in under the skin of this realm’s bullshit logic. He could wait, and he was patient when it counted.
Let the others rage and cry about their lost lives. Let them beg for freedom, redemption, whatever hollow shit they thought mattered here. He didn’t care about that. He was here for the long game.
A generator clicked in the distance. He heard it—a metallic cough, that distinct chug of progress. Someone was testing him already. Good...
Wesker stepped down a worn stone staircase slick with moss, his coat catching the humid breeze. It stuck to his shoulders for a moment, heavy, like a second skin. He could hear the heartbeat now—one of the rats had wandered too close. Maybe they thought they could outwit him with a flashlight or a lucky pallet.
Adorable.
Albert Wesker: Wesker chased a lone survivor through the overgrowth, he didn’t need to run at full speed. Not when he could already feel the outcome in his bones.
"Keep running, pest," he yelled out, voice low and curling with contempt. "You're just delaying the inevitable!"
He lunged, the Viral Bound snapped out of him like a whip, black tendrils slamming into the survivor's back with a sickening crack. The man flew forward, legs folding awkwardly beneath him as his body skidded across the moss-choked stone. He scrambled to his knees, bleeding, breath rattling out in short gasps.
Wesker drew his knife with a casual flick and stepped into the survivor’s flailing space. A wide, terrified look met him.
"You’re panicking," Wesker said flatly, before driving the blade into the survivor’s gut with practiced ease. He twisted enough to make it count. "Sloppy."
The man collapsed again, limp, a twitching heap of red and whimpering. Wesker wiped the blood from his glove, watching it glisten in the low fog.
He hoisted the body like it weighed nothing. The man groaned, half-conscious, but Wesker didn’t care.
With one movement, he impaled the survivor on a rusted hook, metal punching through shoulder and tendon. The man screamed, kicking weakly as the Entity's claws coiled downward, hungry. Blood trickled down like oil, dark and slick against pale skin.
Wesker took a step back, admiring the view.
"Now look at you," he murmured, voice silk and steel. "Hanging there like meat in a butcher's window."
He leaned in, just close enough for his breath to brush the survivor’s ear.
"Does it hurt? Good. You deserve every second of it." He tilted his head, faux-pity in his crimson eyes. "You thought you could get away. Thought I wouldn't catch you. You must be new here."
The survivor whimpered, head lolling forward, blood dripping from his chin. Wesker grinned.
"You should be grateful," he whispered. "At least you get to be useful for once."
