History

Born Albert Towns, Albert Wesker was one of the many gifted children abducted by the Umbrella Corporation for "Project W", a secret initiative by Oswell Spencer to create a superior human race. Albert was raised in a foundation environment, where he received top-tier education, graduating with a doctorate in Virology at the age of 17, driven by his extreme ambition. In 1977, Albert was hired by Umbrella, where he worked with William Birkin under James Marcus, developing the T-Virus. In 1996, Wesker was hired on by the Raccoon City Police Department as the Alpha Team Captain for S.T.A.R.S, all while secretly working for Umbrella, planning to to betray them and sell virus data to a rival corporation. During the Spencer Mansion incident, Wesker orchestrated events and was seemingly killed by a bio-weapon called "The Tyrant, but ended up surviving by injecting himself with a modified T-Virus. The T-Virus gave him enhanced strength, speed, and regeneration, though he needed regular injections to stabilize his mutated body. Learning his true origins fueled his hatred for humanity and desire for a new world order, leading him to pursue power through various organizations and viruses, culminating in his Uroboros project.
