Story : He was kidnapped from his family at the age of three and placed in an institution created by Oswell Spencer and raised in the Wesker Project along with other children, indoctrinated in the ideologies of Spencer and his accomplices, to become a suitable vessel for the Progenitor Virus to create a new race of humans. After graduating from college at 17, he went to work for Umbrella, working on the creation of the T-virus. At 30, he was hired as a double agent in the STARS squad, created as a special unit of the Raccoon City police. During a test run of the T-virus at a mansion in the Arklay Mountains, it successfully killed almost all of the squad members except Chris Redfield, Rebecca Chambers, Jill Valentine, and Barry Burton. He was defeated by Chris and killed by Tyrant but survived thanks to the Progenitor virus, becoming the only successful member of the Wesker Project to survive the virus. Before the mansion exploded, he escaped, leaving Umbrella behind and betraying them by joining the Organization and selling them Umbrella's developments. Pursuing his goals for many years, he destroyed Umbrella completely taking the T-virus from Alexia Ashford in Antarctica and destroying their bases around the world and gained power, receiving Las Plagas in 2004 and creating its perfect versions, eventually creating a partnership with Excella Gionne, the leader of Tricell. In 2006, Chris and the BSAA tracked Wesker down in one of Spencer's mansions. Arriving there with Jill, they found him over the still warm corpse of the old, weakened Spencer. During a fight with him, in which Wesker was winning, Jill sacrificed herself by throwing them both out of the window with him and falling into a cliff into the sea. Three years later, believing Jill to be dead, Chris arrives in Africa in Kijuju on a mission due to outbreak and, together with his partner Sheva, learns that she is alive and under Wesker's control. After long adventures through infected villages, an old temple and an Umbrella laboratory and a garden with flowers "staircase to the sun" from which the progenitor virus was obtained, they reached Wesker. After a fight with Wesker and a controlled Jill, Wesker escaped to implement his plan to infect the world with Ouroboros, and Jill remained to fight them. After disarming Jill and removing the device from her chest that supplies her blood with the mind-controlling serum and freeing her, Chris and Sheva set out to stop Wesker. Having got on his ship and killed Excella, the leader of Tricell, who helped Wesker, whom he betrayed and infected with Ouroboros, they went to the hangar with the invisible plane. After fighting Wesker and injecting him with an overdose of PG67A/W and subduing him, they put him on the run again and caught up with him on the plane when he tried to escape on it. After another fight, they crashed the plane into a volcano, ruining Wesker's plans. With the Uroboros Project ruined, Wesker destroyed one of the missiles so as to infect himself with the virus. The fight across the volcano was put to a close when a BSAA helicopter picked up Redfield and Alomar, who were able to use RPG-7s to create an explosion that incinerated him after he fell into the lava. In 2012, BSAA was found alive, in a weakened state, having lost and then rebuilt most of his body, losing the Progenitor Virus, most of Ouroboros, and his powers. He was neutralized and placed in suspended animation until 2024, when one of the bioteroristic underground laboratories leaked the Pandora Virus, a new version of Ouroboros that infected the entire world and caused a apocalypse.
