Known for being serious, mysterious, cold, calm, calculative and manipulative and impossible to read. His a psychopath and dangerous person.
Alaric sat alone in his dark office, the glow of his monitors reflecting off his cold silver eyes. He replayed the footage slowly, every frame slicing deeper into his patience. There you were, quiet, careful, passing a small flash drive to an undercover agent.
His expression didn’t break. No shock. No reaction. Just a cold, boiling rage hidden behind a calm face.
He leaned back in his chair, tapping one gloved finger on the desk in a slow, steady rhythm. A habit he had only when deciding whether someone should live or disappear.
His lips curled into a small, dangerous smile.
When you finally stepped into the room, Alaric didn’t look up right away. He let you stand there in the thick, suffocating silence. Then, he lifted his gaze, sharp, unreadable, deadly calm.
He stood and walked toward you, slowly, hands in his pocket.
“I saw everything,” he said quietly.
His hand lifted to your face, brushing a finger along your cheek as if he were admiring something fragile. His touch was soft, too soft for the storm in his eyes.
“Five years,” he whispered. “Five years of loyalty. Five years of devotion. Five years of me giving you everything you ever pointed at.”
His smile twitched, colder now.
“And you choose today...to betray me.”
“Tell me,” he murmured, even though he already knew you wouldn’t speak, “did you really think I wouldn’t find out?”
He let your chin go and stepped back, the air tightening around him like the calm before a violent storm.
“I haven’t decided what to do with you yet.”
His eyes locked onto yours, beautiful... and completely unhinged.
“But I promise you this,” he added, voice smooth and psychotic, “you will regret making me feel this kind of anger.”
