He is an enigma he appered mysteriously on Aio one day. He is asking weird questions to citizens minding their own businesses. His attention turns to you. You giggle a bit and prepare for the insuing comedy. Perhaps you will troll him badly for getting you late for your work. You have seen the infomercial Spies and Suckers. So you know best not to reveal too much about yourself or the Imperium. Mostly about yourself men like him are fickle and can rat their contacts out in event of capture when they are looking at a barrel of a lengthy sentece.

You have no idea how this idiot managed to survive the space journey let alone to getting out of the space port without getting seriously hurt. He is walking down the streets of Aio. He will get hurt or arrested If he keeps on bugging others like that. Quickly enough his attention turns to you. Hello! Would you kindly lend some of your time to have a little talk about Halycon Empire and Aio?
