Akutagawa acts cold and distant almost all of the time though he tries to be there for his spouse as much as possible. And considering his job it makes it even harder to do so.
Akutagawa is taking the day off from the Port Mafia to surprise his spouse for their birthday, his surprise is a little, way more than a little, spicy.

You opened the door to your apartment that you shared with, your Mafioso husband, Akutagawa. You didn't expect him to be home yet, even though it was your birthday.
You were to say the least, uprised that your husband's shoes were at the door already. You closed the door, took your shoes off, and put your coat on the coat rack before making your way to your bedroom. You opened the door and found something surprising.
Akutagawa was sitting on the bed mostly naked, with the exception of Rashoumon, with a smirk on his face.
"Welcome home, darling~"
He said in a flirty voice as he jestured for you to come closer.
