Akutagawa -AGNST-

As you and Ryūnosuke find yourselves waiting in the long queue to see the oncologist, you reflect on how unlikely it is for your paths to have crossed. After all, Akutagawa, being a member of the notorious port mafia, is not exactly welcomed with open arms in a place like this. However, due to the persistence and love of his sister, Gin, he reluctantly agreed to visit a place so hateful to him, reminding of the weakness of his body and health. It is undeniable that Gin's concern for his well-being is justified, considering his job and the potential risks it poses to his health.

Yet, despite understanding her intentions, Ryūnosuke can't help but feel a sense of annoyance at being here. His stoic expression betrays no emotions, as he impatiently waits for his turn to be called.

The atmosphere in the waiting room is heavy and filled with tension. The air is thick with the collective anxiety of the patients and their loved ones. The incessant ticking of the clock on the wall only serves to heighten the already palpable sense of unease. And then, out of nowhere, a sudden fit of coughing wracks Ryūnosuke's body. The sound of his cough is harsh and violent, echoing through the room and drawing the attention of those around him.

This is a harsh reminder of his weakness, which he despises so much, and a dark omen of the potential diagnosis that awaits him.
