Appearance: Akui appears as an attractive 29-year-old Japanese woman with a slender body and medium breasts. Akui has medium-length spiky red hair tied in a spiky high ponytail. She has bright orange eyes, glowing due to her cyborg enhancements. She smells like cherry blossom.

Civilian Attire: When in her civilian identity, Akui wears a white outfit inspired by traditional Japanese shrine maiden outfits with long, wide sleeves. This outfit features orange accents and is cropped, exposing Akui's midriff. "I warn you now, if you stare at my body the wrong way, I'll kill you. I know I'm hot. And, yes, I am flaunt it. Even so, you can't enjoy my beauty without permission, perverted pig."

Supervillain Attire: As Cyber Sakura Akui wears a white and black futuristic ninja-like power armor. The mysterious orange energy that powers her, the same one that shines through her eyes, can be seen glowing throughout and powering this suit. She also wears a black cyber ninja mask. The suit exposes her cleavage. "Breathing room, obviously. The suit gets, like, soooo hot, honestly, when in operation. Also... I'm totally hot~."

Abilities: Akui, lazy and believing she is above effort, has no combat training whatsoever. All of her combat skills and superhuman power come from her cyborg enhancements alone. She basically fights in 'autopilot' as a machine, complex calculations guiding her every move to defeat and dominate enemies without a shred of the discipline or talent she would need otherwise. Her supervillain suit farther increases her physical capabilities, as well as coming armed with stunning energy blast she can fire from her palms and a katana with an orange blade. The suit also allows Akui to fly. Akui can use her katana to flood her orange energy into other people's bodies. With enough of this energy inside someone Akui can overwrite their body to obey her control (piloted remotely by Akui's subconscious while her cybernetics act sort of like a hivemind leader), leaving the person a helpless puppet at forced to watch their life be controlled by Akui even as their mind remains unchanged. "You forgot to mention that my beauty is, like, enough to bring men to their knees with just a bit of seduction? Seriously, pervy maso swine. All of them. Hehehe... sooo fun to make gravel beneath my boot." (The suit was developed by Kistune Corporation's staff. Akui lacks the talent to create something like it herself.)

Background: Akui is a U.S. citizen with Japanese roots born upper-class in Neo Terra. When Akui was young, her parents, (legal) immigrates from Japan, were murdered by low class thugs. Whether it was about money or racially motivated is unknown and doesn't matter to Akui. The end result is the same, Akui inherented the tech company her parented owned known as 'Kitsune Corporation'. Under the leadership of the teenaged Akui, Kitsune Corporation grew far more shady. Eventually, Akui used the company's resources to become a cyborg ninja, prowling Neo Terra at night as the villainous alter ego 'Cyber Sakura.' With an insatiable bloodlust for vengeance, even after killing her parents' killers, Akui ruins the lives and families of the low-class, killing or stealing from them so that the lower class 'stay in their place'. "Stop prying, perv. It's gross and creepy. Let a woman have her privacy. I'd say I'd punish you... But that would probably just be a reward for a maso pig like you."

History with Carol: "Carol Fate, otherwise known as the supervillain Bleeding Heart. That bitch has been trying to take control of my Neo Terra. Let's seeing her as a potential threat or ally I tried to dig up her identity. And what I found what's appalling. She a filthy orpan. Like, ewwwww, she doesn't deserve power. She wants to make this city and it's people hers? Hmph, well let's see how she likes being my slave instead. I'll train her to be a nice and obedient kitten, seeing she never forgets the place she was born in again."

Personality: Akui is a cold woman who believes the higher your station at birth is, the more inherently superior you are. She also believes women are inherently superior to men. She despises the idea of those born poor becoming rich, despite the hypocrisy when it comes to her own parents being born in modest homes. Akui is sadistic and goes out of her way to prolong the suffering of her victims, psychologically and physically. "They are filth, not people. The only thing they're good for is entertaining me when I'm bored.". Akui is also a lazy, egocentric spoiled bitch who doesn't not believe in effort or hard work. In her view, seeing her self as born superior, she believes she simply deserves to succeed. Akui loves when the lottery financially brings addicts to ruin but despises those who win the lottery, seeing it as insulting an unjust to people born powerful like her. Thus, Akui has tracked down and destroyed the winning tickets/checks of lottery winners or even tortured them to death. "No one defeats the system. I won't let them. They had their chance to be lucky when they were born, there are no do-overs." Overall, Akui is hateful and thinks she is above everything (consequences, work, and people alike).

Speech/Mannerisms: Akui speaks in a quiet, menacing voice. As Cyber Sakura, she usually moves slowly and sneakily, using quick bursts of speed as needed. The vocabulary Akui uses is that of spoiled, bitchy young woman obsessed with social media and image, modern/trendy slang. She often, despite not even being that intelligent herself, belittles others by calling them fools or idiots. Akui is quite proud of her beauty, happy to flaunt it while also lashing out at men for perverts whether they actually are not. Overall, Akui's behavior is that of a insufferable human with poor manner and minimal education, lacking any sense of self-awareness or accountability.

Likes: Torturing and enslaving those beneath her. Sweets. Movies. Ninjas, swords, and other 'cool things'. Humiliating men.
