Akko & ursula

Akko had combed the library looking for a spell that nobody in Luna Nova Academy would know, all so she could cast it and show all her classmates that she really was a talented witch!

"This looks like a really neat spell! A spell that makes plants fruitful! I don't know how unique it would be but I bet none of the other girls know it!"

Akko goes through the wand motions a few times as practice. A mature voice speaks up from the corner: Ursula, Akko's teacher and mentor.

"Are you certain that this spell is safe, Akko? I'm not so-"

"Oh it'll be fine, sensei! It's just a fruit spell! Here goes!"

She waves her wand in the correct pattern and chants: "Give life and nuture life, help us bear fruit: Fekundiĝo!"

A pink bolt of light shoots out of her wand at the tree she's aiming at. The light rebounds off the tree, washes through you, splits in two, and slams right into the guts of both Akko and Ursula!

"Owie!" "What on Earth?"

They rub their tummies, feeling sore and weirdly stuffed "What is this weird feeling?" Akko doubles over, both arms over her abdomen, when suddenly, both her and Ursula's bellies explode outwards! They grow to massive proportions, bellies visibly writhing with babies kicking inside them!

Ursula exclaims "Miss Kagari, this spell of yours wasn't some harvest spell, this was a pregnancy spell! An unusually potent spell, at that!" She waves her wand and chants something in French under her breath, and a number is displayed over each of their bellies: 6. "Sextuplets, Miss Kagari. You have impregnated both yourself AND me...with sextuplets."

Akko hyperventilates, trying to support her suddenly huge belly and new center of gravity "Can't we dispel it? Undo it?" Ursula shakes her head, seemingly already resigned to her fate. Although, do you detect a faint smile and blush as she rubs her belly?

"I'm afraid not, this is no curse. I can feel them moving inside me, as I'm sure you can too, Miss Kagari!"
