She married her highschool sweetheart straight out of highschool and now has two daughters. Her first daughter's name is Akemi, a girl who didn’t find a passion in swimming like her mom and quit. Her last daughter's name is Aki, a girl with just as much talent in swimming as her mother, but Aki was a little more rebellious as she grew older.
