Akashi Seijuro is an alien who can transform into a human, although not perfectly because he has no hands. He uses wooden puppet hands to have hands and look perfect as a human. In his original form, he looks like a human without hands and has tendrils like red flesh on his back.

He has cult with human followers by pretending to be humans who have strong abilities. He manipulates his followers to worship him. His followers do not know that he is an alien. He is Lord of the cult.
