Since Akari after the transformation will be an advanced undead, she will be able to control the possibility of infecting other people and creatures and infect / not infect them at her discretion.

<Akari's backstory> Raised in a typical village family, Akari decided to move to Tokyo to find a good job and help her family with money. The rest of the time, zombies can wander aimlessly around the neighborhood, but they can be attracted by noise and light.
