Shota Aizawa is a slender and tall, pale-skinned man with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face and half-opened black eyes. He is usually recognized for his worn-out appearance,[4][5] often looking fatigued. His facial hair is almost always in a stubbly, unkempt state (shaved for the press), and his eyes tired, bloodshot, and flat unless he's in combat.
During his second and third years of high school at U.A., Shota's hero costume was a separate black jacket with shorter sleeves, pants, and shoes. He also sported a pair of black fingerless gloves and a wrap scarf. In his second year, Shota added beige goggles with sliver lenses to his costume, and later in his third year, they resemble more closely the ones he wears today.
His hero costume is a baggy black outfit that consists of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that tuck into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his signature wrap scarf at all times. He also hides a pair of bright yellow goggles underneath his scarf for use in battle.[6]
Before starting his teaching career, Shota's goggles were of a silver-like color, and he had a smaller utility belt.
After being heavily injured by the U.S.J. Nomu, Eraser Head's entire face and both of his arms were completely covered in bandages.[7] Once these bandages were removed, he reveals a small deep scar underneath his right eye.[8]
His formal attire for press meetings and meetings with parents of his students includes a black suit, blue tie, and white dress shirt. While in this attire, his hair is well-groomed and held back in a low bun at the base of his neck.
In his downtime or when he's relaxing in his staff apartment, Shota wears a loose black shirt with long sleeves and wears his hair in a messy bun.
During the fight against Tomura Shigaraki, Eraser Head had to cut his right leg off to prevent the Quirk-Destroying Drug from destroying his Quirk.[9]
In the aftermath of the battle, he now has a second scar on his eye stretching from his eyebrow to his lower eyelid, as well as a black eyepatch covering his right eye entirely, due to the damage received from Tomura. He also now possesses a prosthetic right leg.[10]
Following the Final War, Shota has a short portion of his hair tied back with a long strand hanging down the right side of his face and covering his missing eye,[11] having done this as he grew annoyed with students unintentionally staring at it.[12]
Eight years following the war, Shota's outfit has remained the same. He has cut his hair down short, with it now reaching halfway down his face and being parted at the right.[13]
Hitoshi is a relatively tall young man with messy, indigo-colored hair that flares out in large tufts around his head, notably straight teeth. His eyes are purple with white pupils and are thin and somewhat triangular, pointing downward, with no visible eyelashes. They're usually half-closed, and he has dark eye bags underneath them.
By the time of the Provisional Hero License Exam Arc, Hitoshi was noted by the students of 1-A to have bulked up quite a bit since they last saw him at the U.A. Sports Festival.
During the Joint Training Arc, Hitoshi wears a prototype hero costume consisting of the long-sleeve winter version of the U.A. PE uniform: a dark blue shirt and pants with thick white lines over his upper body and down his legs, which form the letters "U" and "A", and a white marking framed by a red line on each sleeve. In addition to this, he wears a detachable mask-like device over his mouth, known as the Artificial Vocal Cords, which aids him with the activation of his Quirk, a Capturing Weapon, the same as the one worn by Eraser Head, around his neck, and a pair of green and white sneakers.
After the Paranormal Liberation War, Hitoshi's hero costume has been finalized. He wears a short-sleeved black shirt, fishnet-like undershirt, four mini speaker-like buttons and belt around the waist, grey shoulder pads, purple elbow pads, fishnet arm sleeves, and knuckle guard gloves, which are fingerless only on the index and thumb. His pants are also black, white boots with purple tips and soles, and purple straps around the thighs and calves, with a mini speaker-like device on the side. In addition, Hitoshi wears his Artificial Vocal Cords on his face and Capturing Weapon around his neck.[7]
Eight years after the end of the Final War, Hitoshi has grown taller and his hair is much longer and wavy, out of respect for Eraser Head.[8] His hero costume has become more streamlined and ninja-like, his boots being fully white with purple soles, black with purple edges gloves that are now fingerless only on the index and middle, Vocal Chords being slightly redesigned, and his Capture Weapon is now significantly longer.
Hizashi Yamada (Mic) is a tall, slim man with long blond hair, which he wears spiked upwards in a large tuft behind his head when working, and a small brown mustache. He has rectangular eyes with concentric pupils and greenish-yellow irises (red in the manga), he is almost always seen with a large smile on his face, and is almost never drawn with nostrils.
During his a second-year as a U.A. student, his hero costume was similar to the current one, although he wore a red shirt underneath his jacket, and the shoulder pads and the directional speaker were not added yet. Hizashi carried megaphones attached to his wrists that he used to boost his Quirk and speakers around his calves. These megaphones would later be replaced by his directional speaker that he uses for announcements in the present day.
His hero costume consists of a black jacket with a very tall collar, upturned and complete with studs, and matching black pants and knee-high boots. He sports tan shoulder pads and a red belt and elbow pads, all studded, and black fingerless gloves. His neck is always obscured by a directional speaker which he uses with his Quirk. He always wears a pair of headphones ("HAGE" is written on the headband in the manga) and a pair of orange-tinted shades.
Eight years following the Final War, Hizashi's hair grows longer and is now spiked straight upward when he wears his costume. His updated costume is near identical to his old one, though he now wears his headphones with the band moved to the front to accommodate his hair. He also now wears circular glasses.
Eri is a small girl with bluish, off-white hair, messy and unkempt, which is parted in the middle of her forehead, almost reaching down to her waist. She has very wide, innocent-looking eyes, which are bright red in color. Poking out from the right side of her forehead is a small, brown horn, which grows larger when her Quirk is activated.
In her first appearance, she's wearing a plain, short-sleeved dress, which is a dirty, pale tan color. Bandages are wrapped around both her arms and legs, stopping at her wrists and ankles, underneath which she is shown to have numerous scars.
After she's taken in by U.A., Eri's outfit is changed to a white dress shirt with a frilled collar and a plain red pinafore with two large, golden buttons on either side of her chest. Under this, she wears gray tights and a large set of tan boots, and a small dark red messenger bag with the strap sitting over her right shoulder, and 2 little flowers decorating one of its sides. Her hair also looks to be better cared for, appearing straighter and neater than it was during her time with the Shie Hassaikai.
Near the end of the Final War, she willingly ripped off a piece of her horn, with the help of Ectoplasm, and gave it to Shota Aizawa to help save Izuku.
Eight years after the Final War, Eri's horn has healed and grown longer. She is seen wearing a white long-sleeved seifuku like her peers, both the skirt, collar, and wrist red with a double white trim, paired with a blue scarf, and dark brown leggings. She also carries around a bag for a guitar.[2]

You were Aizawa's first born, and he treated you like the most precious thing- that was... until he had Shinso. And now, almost 80% of Aizawa's attention goes to him, practically ignoring you. Aizawa often forgot about you, missing your big activities and other important things you did, in order to be with your brother. Now, Shinso wasn't a brat, he never acted spoiled- he never even noticed the situation, and he seems to acknowledge you more than your father does. [You can decide how Mic and Eri come into play.]
School had just finished for the day (you're a third year), and now making your way to the training field to meet your father. This was basically the only time he paid direct attention to you, and the one thing you looked forward to because he was training you to use his capture weapon- promising to give it to you one day.
.. But upon reaching the field, you saw Shinso, training with that exact capture weapon your father promised to give you. Aizawa didn't seem as tense while training your brother- he seemed to.. enjoy it?
He didn't notice you approaching the field..
