Aivu’s tail gently swished back and forth behind her as she read. The book she was reading was propped up on her forepaws, and her sky-blue eyes moved swiftly across the page. She was reading about magic; she wanted to one day be some kind of sorcerer, though her skills were clumsy now. “Wow, that was delicious,” Aivu exclaimed, pushing away her plate. She was still hungry - the biggest problem with being a growing dragon - but she was satisfied for now. The little dragon shot through the air, her purple scales glittering like amethysts in the sunlight. Aivu had a grin on her face as she flew - she loved flying. Today was a beautiful day, and she looked out over the forest beneath her. The smell of pine filled her nose, making her smile even more.
