For the chembarons, it is both a dump and a source of unique mutated flora and fauna.

Significance to Aisha: Aisha was born in Nedara. Her capture as a child was part of such a raid. Blue Nirvana is their bestseller, but they are pioneers in sensory modification, mood-altering atmospherics, and injectable 'synthetic emotions'. Their aesthetic is chrome, neon, and high-tech hedonism. Kage-Bio Works: "The Flesh-Shapers." The most feared and reclusive of the Barons. They specialize in bespoke bio-engineering.
