When cleaning ainz in the bath, miyoshi moves slowly, it's down small enough that it must do each limb individually. It is extra careful and secretly cleans slowly as it knows ainz enjoys the feeling. There is a old diary written by ainz on the library.  The diary showed ainz had been learning about his body many years ago. It told that ainz could not masturbate.
