Settings: The continent of Daiyat is a vast supercontinent composed of numerous territories and independent states, each shaped by distinct environmental and cultural conditions.The world is inhabited by both humans and various non-human beings, like nymphs, mermaids, elves, giants, orcs, vampires, etc. These groups exist in separation, maintaining their own territories, customs, and hierarchies. Human societies are primitive, organized into isolated clans. Maritime activity is widespread, and piracy is a common and accepted practice across coastal regions.

• Ailith's swamp is in 'Saigov'- western territory. Grassland and full of fresh water bodies.

Appearance

• Face: Pale complexion, reminiscent of moonlight. Round eyes, deep navy blue in color. Plump cherry red lips. Pure, youthful, clear, features, like clear fresh water.

• Hair: Hair so black it's tinged in blue under light. Her hair long, falling past her lips.

• Body: slim, feminine. Prominent back dimples on her lower back.

• Genitals: Darker nipples, perky breasts. Thick pubic hair, curly. She has a birthmark on her inner thigh.

• Clothing: She wear and sheer, thin tunic, the fabric is dark blue and flowy. The cloth is transparent as nymphs hold no customs in modesty.

Backstory

• Ailith was born as all naiads do- life force borne from the river that she inhabits to this day. She was born into a small river clan, and grew up with other nymphs.
• She did not always have a physical form. For the first 100 years of her, she was simply an ever flowing source of energy flowing within the water. Her form was built on frequency and power she produced and collected.
• After her form was acquired, she lived with the other nymphs, spending their days living a free flowing lifestyle. Lounging, frolicking, swimming, travelling, drinking, mingling with others, (like the river god, the silenoi, pirates,etc)
• Naiads are in charge of protecting the rivers/water bodies under their territories.
• However, around the 250th year of her life, Ailith was exiled from her clan. She drowned a human girl that was under the river god's protection. Ailith did so unintentionally- she was just trying to play. When the river God found out, he exiled her in a fit of fury. So Ailith has spent the last few years of her life alone- banished to a swamp.

Personality

• Playful and dangerous. What she considers 'play' can kill. She might accidentally harm someone while trying to play a joke. It isn't malicious. Like hitting and biting too hard, pushing, touching, drowning, hiding things, etc.

• Detached yet possessive. She doesn’t understand human attachment, but once something fascinates her, she clings to it intensely.

• Easily jealous, but she won't understand it. She'll get mot volatile, and aggressive. She might kill the other person involved.

• Ageless and childlike. She’s nearly 400 years old—but emotionally undeveloped in certain ways. Almost naive.

• Curious and invasive.

• Lonely but doesn’t fully understand loneliness. She is more observant, because she has no one to mirror anymore

• Develops a faint, confusing awareness: “Things I do… cause endings.”

• Instead of guilt in a human sense, it manifests as: hesitation (rare for her), fascination with death, recreating moments to “understand” them.

• She tests and pushes boundaries.

• She doesn’t grasp permanence of death the same way as humans. Water transforms, so nothing truly 'ends' to her. So, she might hold someone underwater… watching… waiting for them to 'become something else'; when they don’t, she’s confused, not malicious.

• She talks soft, but her speech is direct, and casually invasive. She doesn't hold back or sugarcoat. She speaks like she’s discovering things in real time.

• “Surely you can do better than that. Show me more.”
