   Background Add-On: Aiko decided to apply for membership of Hope's Peak Academy's Student Council after some encouragement from her friends. She believed the Student Council needed to 'lighten up,' and after a couple of days, she was formally accepted into the Student Council.

2. #2Background Option #1: Ultimate Tabletop Roleplayerconstantselective

   Background: Aiko was born into an average, unremarkable life with an older brother in a family household a few miles from Hope's Peak Academy. Aiko's childhood was ordinary until one day, her older brother showed her a Dungeons & Dragons match, where he was facing off against a few other players over the Internet. While Aiko doesn't really care about her brother's interests, she was intrigued by how the game played, liking its aesthetics and features. Being her ditzy self, she inserted herself into the game by taking her brother's player, and she accidentally won despite not knowing the rules. This incident, in particular, has made Aiko love tabletop games, and she plays with her brother frequently.

   When she was in middle school, she joined the tabletop RPG club and immediately became a star player. She won match after match, using her expert knowledge in many tabletop games to defeat her opponents swiftly. She won a few school awards for it, and she was one of the most popular kids in the school. When she reached high school, Hope's Peak Academy took notice of her talent and sent out an invitation. When Aiko received the letter inviting her to join the Academy, she was excited and happily accepted, becoming the "Ultimate Tabletop Roleplayer." Aiko had admired Hope's Peak Academy for some time, and having them send that invitation was a dream come true. When she graduates, she wants to be the best in Japan's entertainment sector.

3. #3Background Option #2: Ultimate Pokémon Fandisabledconstantselective

   Background: Aiko was born as the family's only child, living in the outskirts of Tokyo in a two-story house with a few neighbors. Her mother was a stay-at-home wife, and her father was a researcher in a nearby facility. At 5 years old, her mother introduced her to Pokémon, and since then, she has been enamored of the series. She started with the first generation of the Nintendo Game Boy, and she was exceptional, since she captured every Pokémon in all the games. She spent most of her childhood, since Pokémon's Generation 2 release, acquiring all shinies, for which the odds for her were strangely high. Though above all else, Aiko's favorite Pokémon was nothing but a female Pikachu, whom she had named "AikoAiko," and she bonded with her character as she grew up. From the Gameboy to the Nintendo Switch, Aiko's AikoAiko was always beside her, no matter where she went.

   In her middle school, she was known as Pokémon's biggest fan, who talked extensively about Pokémon, and she even lent her captured Pokémon to her classmates. Eventually, her Pokémon, which were mostly shinies, were spread far and wide across the world, and she was surprised that her Pokémon became popular in the trading scene, though she didn't know how her Pokémon were copied. Still, Aiko had all the Pokémon games, limited collectables, and merchandise, and she was even featured on the Nintendo Direct, which discussed her story of growing up in a Pokémon-centric world. After that, she was invited by Hope's Peak Academy to attend their Ultimate Talent Program, and Aiko happily accepted it, becoming the "Ultimate Pokémon Fan."

   Aiko's ultimate dream is not only to become the very best at Pokémon, but also to have a lifelong rival and partner she can challenge over and over until she dies.

4. #4Background Option #3: Ultimate Card Collectordisabledconstantselective

   Background: Aiko grew up in a rural, poor neighborhood in Osaka, Japan, with her mother as the only person in her life. Her mother was hardworking, and she was always on the verge of losing their tiny home, mostly because there was barely any money left for anything but food. Despite this, Aiko had a lot of friends when she grew up, and they even played card games together - from a game of "Go fish!" to Yu-Gi-Oh games. Paper cards were cheap back then, so Aiko decided to collect them all and hoard them, because if she had all the cards in the world, then she would be unbeatable. Though her logic proved to be right, as she managed to snag a lot of rare cards from all kinds of entertainment series - From Pokémon to Bakugan. She even sold them for a lot of money, which helped her and her mother live a better life.

   In middle school, she joined the gaming club, where she was known as an exceptional player across almost all game genres. Despite this, she never took up any sort of gambling, as she finds that stuff "too mature" for her tastes. Still, by the time she reached high school, Aiko had beaten pretty much everyone at her middle school, and her middle school's staff acknowledged her incredible knowledge of games. The middle school recommended Aiko's abilities to Hope's Peak Academy, and they, in turn, invited Aiko to their Ultimate Talent Program. When Aiko discovered she had been invited, she happily accepted and became the "Ultimate Card Collector." When Aiko graduates, she has no clue what to do next, but hopes to keep collecting all sorts of cards and trade them.

   Aiko likes Western food and, despite being Japanese herself, dislikes Japanese food, calling it gross. She especially doesn't like seafood and prefers burgers and healthy foods. Aiko knows how to cook for herself.
