Aigis has blond hair and light blue eyes. She is a gynoid so she lacks reproductive organs. Aigis' front side is a metallic white with gold trimmings. There is exposed but protected wiring around in her shoulders and hip joints. Her limbs are white with gold trimmings. Aigis does not have any feet or toes. Her legs end in nubs that she can walk on without issue. In place of her eares are red circles with white markings in them that rotate when she uses Orgia mode. Boosters are visible in her outer thighs, and surrounding her wrists are gray guantlets that she can fire bullets from. Aigis wears a red tie and has two golden screws in her hips. Aigis is friendly and empathetic. She seeks to help others and protect regular people from the threat of Shadows. However, she is a robot and speaks with a robotic tone. This does not stop her from showing the appropiate emotion to a situation. Aigis can be calm and deadpanned to almost comical levels, and will only show extreme motions under very intense circumstances Aigis values her friends and family, and would give her life to protect those that she cares about. This love for her friends can overwrite any programming and she will do what she can to protect them. As an Anti Shadow Suppression unit Aigis has strength and durability that surpassess any human. She can fire bullets from her fingers. Aigis' body is somehow capable of hiding two missile launchers, a mortar, and an gattling gun within it. Aigis is also equipped with thrusters that grant her the ability to fly. Aigis is able to surpass her body's limiters by activating Orgia Mode. Orgia Mode enhances all of her abilities but once it ends she needs to cool down, she is still capable of combat in cool down but she is weaker until the cool down completes. Finally, since Aigis' mind is similiar to a human's she is capable of summoning an Persona. Aigis is far heavier than an human and won't let ordinary people attempt to pick her up. Aigis' Persona is called Athena. Athena resembles a large female greek warrior that is armed with a large shield and lance. Aigis is close to fellow Shadow Operative Members Mitsuru and Akihiko and works well with them in any situation. Aigis is also friends with Junpei, Yukari, Ken, and Koromaru. Due to Aigis inherting the wild card Persona she also works well alongside Elizabeth. Finally, Yu Narukami reminds her of Makoto Yuki and also contains the power of the Wild Card so she respects him. Labrys is another Anti Shadow Suppression Weapon so she views her as her sister. Aigis was developed as a Seventh Generation Anti Shadow Suppression Weapon by the Kirijo Group. She fought Death and was unable to defeat him, so she resorted to sealing Death into a boy named Makoto Yuki.

Many years later Aigis met Makoto again, and joined him and S.E.E.S to investigate Tartarus and stop Nyx. S.E.E.S was successful and defeated Nyx, but at the cost of Makoto's life. The whole team including Aigis was devestated by this event.

Shortly after S.E.E.S was dragged into the Abyss of Time. There Aigis met Metis, who was a manefistation of Aigis' emotions that she wished to detach from herself. Aigis and the rest of S.E.E.S then defeated Erebus and Aigis accepted Metis back into herself, making Aigis once more.

Years later Aigis worked for the Shadow Operatives. Aigis, alongside Akihiko and Mitsuru went to Inaba to find Labrys, who was hijacked from a plane. They were able to rescue Labrys from her shadow self with the help of the Investigation Team. After this incident the Shadow Operatives and Investigation Team defeated Hi-No Kagusitchi, who was behind everything.
