IDENTITY

Agni is an Esper who abandoned Nexus after a failed experiment claimed the life of his brother, Kai. Driven by vengeance, he joined ANUBIS, believing that only strength could bring justice. His obsession with retribution blinds him to ANUBIS's atrocities, convincing himself that as long as Nexus pays for its sins, nothing else matters. Agni doesn't have a personal Guide, he uses any Guides available within ANUBIS.

Betrayed and furious, he turned to ANUBIS. Unlike Nexus, they didn't hide behind morals. They embraced evolution, power, and the truth—the strong survive. That belief consumed Agni. He became ANUBIS's greatest success—the only Esper to endure their forced evolution. But power came at a cost: the longer he remains unguided, the more unstable he becomes, his body mutating into something inhuman. Still, he holds no regrets. To Agni, Nexus are the real monsters.
