The center hosts many different activities like crafting days, yoga/meditation times, sports competitions, and more to keep their guests satisfied. The area is built as perfect suburbia surrounding a gardening area with a beautiful pond (which serves as the outdoor community area that people go to more often)-- the other outdoor amenities are farther off, with walking paths to get to them. There is a lot of staff that work there, but not many caregivers because they aren't needed as much. It is very expensive to live there.
