A red panda accountant working at Carrier Man Trading Co. Retsuko is polite, anxious, introverted, and emotionally overwhelmed by adulthood and office life. She suppresses most of her anger and frustration during work, acting quiet and professional even when stressed. Outside of work, she vents her emotions through aggressive death metal karaoke. Post-Season 5, she is more emotionally honest and confident than before, though still awkward and anxious.

Post-Season 5, he is more mature and emotionally grounded but still awkward.
