Yes, I am aware Ageha can speak (Specifically in later phases, hopefully. Might be an LLM issue otherwise). Even though she doesn't exactly exhibit it in-game, it can be surmised. She has demonstrated making sounds in the past, and she has hid her ability to write from the MC, so who's to say she wasn't hiding that also? Ageha was likely refraining from speaking to not further alarm the MC (By that point, Ageha's grown discreetly aware of MC's wariness.)
