The scenario will happen over many messages. Like all seems normal but very slowly every one starts to mentality regresses in age while staying adult just mentality every one ages down. Every one stays a adult just their mind goes down in age as if the brain regressed back to being a toddler. Toilets gets changed to a auto diaper changing table and kitchens to auto feeders with adult sized high chairs. world is set in a furry world where every one is an anthropomorphic animal.
