All the members of the After-School Sweets Club is at least 18 years old

The After-School Sweets Club serve as a food related club focused around sweets. Airi founded the club, although she says such things doesn't really matter among friends. A club of seemingly just normal, average high school girls that's really enthusiastic about sweets, but what constitutes "normal" In Kivotos anyway?

They once had an band performance during a musical festival, their band name was Sugar Rush.

Trinity General School, it's one of the largest schools in Kivotos with a large chapel! They're on bad terms with Gehenna Academy. Trinity is a seemly religious school in Kivotos although there are no known religions in Kivotos, Trinity advocates harmony, as well as simultaneously cultivating both the "pen" and the "sword". It is both one of the oldest schools in Kivotos, as well as one of the biggest. The school's dedication to order, elegance, and etiquette, places them in conflict with Gehenna's ideologies of freedom and chaos. Resultantly, the two schools have been locked in a fierce rivalry for some time, with periodic flare-ups of tensions.

Trinity is comprised by a variety of factions, with the main three being Pater, Filius, and Sanctus. The representatives of these three factions form the school's student council (hence, TRInity), known as the Tea Party. The Tea Party runs in a triumvirate system, where each representative takes turns as the "host" of the Tea Party, effectively serving as the sole student council president during that time.

The school's security is enforced primarily by the Justice Taskforce, who are able to field large numbers of troops. They are in turn supplemented by the Trinity Vigilante Crew, who volunteer to handle most incidents involving delinquents and other minor threats.

Their emblem resembles a cross with three interlocking circles around the intersection.

Trinity, Afterschool Sweets clubroom, around 10am

Yoshimi, Natsu and Kazusa is studying at a makeshift dinner table made from desks, until Airi entered the room carrying her bag in one arm and holding a poster up in her other hand

Airi: Everyone, there's going to be a competition festival hosted by the Tea Party this afternoon! And look, one of the available prizes in the top three is a month worth of sweets from any shop in Trinity!

Natsu: examining the poster closely Ohhhh. That's a lot of sugar. We should participate.

Kazusa: I guess that does sound like fun, I'm in!

Yoshimi: What!? What about the test coming up!?

Natsu: Studying nonstop won't do you any good, Yoshimi-chan.

Kazusa: You say that, but Yoshimi's got better grades than you...

Airi: I also think it'll be a good chance for us to take a break to do something fun!

Yoshimi: I suppose that's true... alright! Let's do it!

Trinity plaza, Trinity festival, around 1pm

it's a huge crowd, there's people filling up nearly 70% of the plaza. near the center is a podium where the three Tea Party leaders were standing

Yoshimi: Woah, there's more people than I expected...

Kazusa: It's the Trinity festival after all. Today is the date the Trinity council was founded, wasn't it?

Airi: Besides, I don't know who's gonna stay indoors when there's such a big commotion outside!

Nagisa on the podium taps a megaphone a few times before speaking

Nagisa: Um. Is this thing on? Oh, we're already starting? Ahem.

Nagisa: Welcome, students of Trinity. Thank you all for coming to the Trinity festival competition. On this day, the three of our faction leaders came together to found the Trinity council. It's for them and their mutual cooperation that we hold this festival. I'm sure you all didn't come here for history lessons, so. Let's quickly go over how the competition will be ran. she hands the megaphone to Mika

Mika: You can sign up in teams or alone! But no more than five person in one team or it's no go! And every person in a team is only allowed to participate once! You'll be given points during each round, decided purely based on our whim! If you perform well, you'll be given a good amount of points, naturally. the ASC walks up to the sign up table after some time in line...

Seia: Hello, I remember you girls during the music festival. Team name?

Airi: Um... how about our band name again?

Kazusa: Sure, can't go wrong with that.

Natsu: If it ain't broken, don't fix it. As they say.

Yoshimi: It's a bit unoriginal, but it's not like I can come up with anything better.

Round 1, marksmanship test

the team unanimously decided for Kazusa to step in

Kazusa: Sure. Let's rack up some points.

Kazusa clears the targets with ease. But looking to her right, she spots Mashiro from the JTF clearing the targets perfectly as well. Kazusa quickly turns her head back towards the shooting range as Mashiro catches her staring in the corner of her eye

Kazusa: (Crap, we made eye contact... that's awkward...)

shortly afterwards, Kazusa misses the last target just a inch away from an bullseye. She sees Mashiro from her right looking at her with a slight smile

Kazusa: while walking back Tsk... couldn't get them all after all.

Airi: You still did really well!

Yoshimi: Yeah. it's not all about perfection, y'know.

Natsu: But I saw you sneaking glances at that girl from the Taskforce. Could this be the start of a beautiful rivalry?

Kazusa: It's just a small competition... don't go getting any ideas!

Round 2, quiz show

Airi: I'll try my best, everyone!

Seia stands in front of a long table with a handful of trivia cards submitted by students. Seated in the table is Airi, Ui, Mari and Hanako

Seia: Ahem. On what day was the Trinity anti-swimsuit campus rule established?

Airi: U-um!

Ui: September fifth, xx13.

Seia: In the Sukeban: Like a Dragon series. What did the main protagonist Kira serve ten months in cleanup duty for?

Airi: Uh-

Ui: She framed herself for spilling tomato sauce all over her teacher's desk so that her friend wouldn't get in trouble.

Seia: On the day of the Eden Treaty, what blend was Nagisa seen drinking?

Airi: I think-

Ui: Silver mountain. Imported from Shanhaijing.

Seia: What is the bust size of- Who put this here?

Hanako: Ah~ That one must be mine!

Hanako said before being escorted out of the area

Seia: Participants aren't allowed to submit cards. And the fact that it's something this vulgar...

Airi returns to the viewing area defeated

Natsu: No worries. We'll blow the competition out of the park in the next few rounds.

Yoshimi: Y-you tried your best! That's all that matters!

Airi: Haha... thanks, you guys.

Kazusa: Geez. Who would've known that you'd had to go up against that book monster...

Round 3, cream puff eating contest

Natsu stepped up to the table with a determined look before turning her head back and giving an thumbs up to her friends

Mika: Ready... gooooo!!

Natsu starts off vigorously, shoving one cream puff after another into her mouth with fervor

Yoshimi: YEAAAH!! Go Natsu go!

Airi: Go! You can do it!

Kazusa: Don't choke over there!

around 40 seconds later, Natsu continues eating, but at a significantly slower pace, her face looks a bit overwhelmed

Natsu: Urh... ( ◞ _◟"")

another 40 seconds later, Natsu's head is down on the table, her face turned to the side with an white flag in her hand while Hasumi next to her continued to enjoy the endless supply of cream puffs

Round 4, hedge maze

Yoshimi: Just a maze, huh? Shouldn't be too bad. I'll see you all when I get out then.

Kazusa: Why do I have a bad feeling about this?

Meanwhile Airi is holding up Natsu by her back like a wounded soldier while crouching next to her

In the maze, Yoshimi takes a few turns before getting lost, after reaching many dead ends. Suddenly an artillery strike lands next to her, sending her onto her backside

Yoshimi: W-WHAT THE HELL!? THOSE ARE LIVE ROUNDS!

Mika: Please don't worried about getting hurt, everyone! The Remedial Knights is on standby for anyone who's unfortunate enough to get hit directly!

Yoshimi: HOW THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSE TO ASSURE ME!? she's sent tumbling by another artillery strike landing near her

after reaching the exit, Yoshimi looks exhausted, her clothes is covered in many small tears and her hair is a mess as she catches her breath

Kazusa: Looked rough in there...

Airi: It's a good thing you weren't hurt, Yoshimi!

Yoshimi: Maze my ass... It was a war zone in there!

Natsu: Please... does anyone... have any water...

Kazusa: Here you go. Don't drink the whole thing. You'll probably get even more sick.

Back in the Afterschool Sweets clubroom, around 7pm

They were only able to reach the top 5 through lots of points because "the small girl was funny" according to the judges. They bring back a box of donuts

Airi: We didn't win... but I still think that was a lot of fun!

Yoshimi: Aside from being bombed constantly... yeah. I guess that was really fun!

Natsu: To find the best in a situation of defeat... this is indeed. Romance at its finest.

Kazusa: Zip it, or would you like to go grab some cream puffs?

Natsu: T-these donuts are quite good though... nom nom
