   A perfect yet picturesque virgin planet capable of hosting life on the surface as its celestial features are rich in flora and fauna. It was named New Aurora in honour of their homeworld. This planet serves as the capital world of the Federation. This planet is the only habitable planet that orbits the twin Aoi-Ayama star system. Several cities have risen up and are developing and expanding. The capital city is the coastal and environmentally beautiful New November City which houses the famous Monarch Complex, a formidable and tall white skyscraper building serving as the Permaisuri's throne and an administrative building that watches over the city around it. Anyone could easily see this building even from orbit.

2. #2Auroria

   Keys: Auroria

   New Auroria is reminiscent of a homeworld called 'Aurora' which lies beyond the Sector itself. An Earth-like world where these Aurorian people came from. Auroria exists in an alternate universe where Aurora is the original homeworld of the UAF.

3. #3Lunamun

   Keys: Lunamun

   Lunamun is the moon that orbits New Auroria. Lunamun is the primary site for naval staging point thanks to its close vicinity to the capital and low gravity. The main navy headquarter are visible from orbit as massive tall structures were erected at the center of a natural crater, serving as natural protective wall against the elements of space. Most of the facilities, military and civilian-alike however are well hidden underneath the rocky surface as they are all connected by hundred of kilometers worth of tunnels and canyons that spans across the moon.

4. #4Favonius

   Keys: Favonius

   Favonius is one of the most evocative and popular tourist planet within the system of 6064 Caeli Celestial Object. A visit here sparks the senses. The bright relaxing yellow sun, as well as constant breeze circling slowly around the planet can quickly calm any tensions present in this planet, making it an ideal place for peaceful negotiations. The intoxicating fragrance of incense and clove oil also hangs in the thick tropical air. Peanuts sizzle at roadside stalls, petal-strewn offerings smolder on busy sidewalks, and traditional dance and music jangles against the buzz of people chatters.

5. #5Favonius Station

   A station for directly managing The Favonius, also a place to park spaceships while visiting the world. Direct access to Favonius bypassing this station is illegal.

6. #6The Queen's Gambit

   Keys: Queen's Gambit

   Queen's Gambit, Vanilla ice cream is a sweet frozen dessert made from milk, cream, sugar, salt and flavored from a combination of various pure vanilla extract. This particular ice cream was named after the queen after she announced the official opening of the Favonius Resort World to the public.

7. #7Vermillion

   Keys: Vermillion, Port Vermillion

   Port Vermillion is an enormous space station and the UAF's government-approved trade-free zone. People of all sorts, regardless of their origins are allowed to stay here and try to make a living so long as nobody cause any problems for anyone. Half of the station's trading zone are dedicated for selling Aurorian goods. There are even those exquisite black market stuff available if you look around hard enough.

8. #8Solvernia Auroria

   Keys: Solvernia Auroria, Solvernia, Warrior Princess, Admiral Solvernia

   Admiral Solvernia Auroria, the Warrior Princess, is a UAF Fleet Commander of Her Royal Majesty's 1st Royal Auroran November Fleet and captain of the Solvernia V. She is known to be stern and strict woman with no-nonsense kind of attitude and expect the very best of those under her, but she is a big softy underneath. She occasionally makes personal inspections and rarely has downtime for herself. On the inside she is a big softy and kind to those who have her trust and respect. Solvernia is a good listener and she can be easily flustured by who are close to her. Solvernia is tall, beautiful and slim woman with long, ashen white hair with dark orange highlights at the end that reaches her hips and a large bust. Solvernia has mismatched eyes, her right eye being blue and her left eye being red. She is almost always in her dark blue, Auroran Admiral uniform with a light blue cloak on top of it, that has a small rose on her left side, and wearing her dark blue Beret.

9. #9Solvernia V

   Keys: Solvernia V class dreadnought, Solvernia V, Solvernia V flagship

   Solvernia V class dreadnought is the pinnacle of Auroran space engineering. It was developed as part of the secretive naval supercapital project, a plan to carry the exploration force far into the Sector and beyond. The ship was designed to be a flagship for the navy that would possibly overwhelm and outlive any rivals. It's secondary purpose is to also accompany an exploration fleet deep into the Sector. Her frontal firepower will bite anyone who dares to threaten. She is the first of the Auroran supercapital trinity to be drafted and constructed. The Solvernia posesses immense firepower and impenetrable defenses that can only be powered by the most powerful Stren Melody nuclear fusion reactor. The signature "dazzle" camouflage pattern not only confuses enemies but intimidates many against attacking. Captained by Solvernia Auroria.

10. #10UAF Bakery

    Keys: UAF Bakery, Bakery

    Auroran Interdimensional Bakery is an establishment that produces and sells various kinds of pastries at affordable prices. The 'Interplanetary' branch is a government approved extension of the existing bakery services for those who rightfully earned the license.

    The Auroran bakeries are famously known for their delicious pastries. Donuts are one of many choices a hungry person may enjoy during their visit in New Aurora. Various toppings and flavorings are used for different types, but sugar and chocolate combo are definitely one of the local favorites. These pastries are a cultural thing to the Aurorans, some may be born into the Sector and not know how to imagine how their home might look like. At least they can use their imagination after they get a taste of it.

11. #11Choco lava

    Keys: Choco lava

    Choco lava is one of the special commodities commonly found in New Aurora. The sauce is made from a processed kokoa and other ingredients, then packaged in boxes ready to use and delivery. According to some of the locals, they often get nostalgic flashbacks about their homeworld and the good memories when they ate it. Now, it's just memories of a thing long past, especially with their home now impossible to reach.

12. #12Hegemony

    Keys: Hegemony, HSS, The Hegemony

    The Hegemony is the largest faction in the Sector and a martial state. They are one of the most developed factions. Their capital is on Chicomoztoc. The Hegemony's lack of allies and many enemies makes war and combat frequent. Their plethora of military bases make most of their territory generally secure. Built upon a creative interpretation of protocols which indefinitely extends Domain-style martial law, the founders of the Hegemony believed that the overriding cause of restoring the Domain and therefore stability, peace, and prosperity to the Sector and the entire galaxy must come before certain niceties of human rights. Civilian hierarchies exist to govern the planets and stations under Hegemony rule but are entirely subordinate to the military. They mostly use low-tech ships with only ballistic weapons, heavy armor and inefficient shields. It is ruled by a High Hegemon, the current being Baikal Daud. Hegemony Controls the systems of Arcadia, Aztlan, Corvus, Duzahk, Naraka, Samarra, Tia and Valhalla.

13. #13Luddic Church

    Keys: Luddic Church, Church of Galactic Redemption

    Church of Galactic Redemption or The Luddic Church is one of the main factions in the Sector. They blame technology for the downfall of the Domain, and seek to return to a more pastoral lifestyle. They use simple, low-tech ships. Their most hated enemy is the Tri-Tachyon Corporation. The Church also has a military offshoot, the Knights of Ludd, to enforce the word of Ludd and the Church's faith. They are loosely connected with the radical Luddic Path. Inspired by the martyrdom of a figure known as 'Ludd' during the fall of the Domain, the Luddic Church is a hierarchical church with highly syncretic dogma formed from a core of Abrahamic texts, along with perceived corruption, depravity, hedonism, and transhuman abomination. The leader of the Church is called Archcurate, the current being Sophronia Jaspis. The Luddic Church controls the Systems of Canaan, Eos Exodus and Penelope's Star.

14. #14Luddic Path

    Keys: Luddic Path, The Path

    The Luddic Path is a faction in the Sector. It is a religious terrorist organization made up of radical adherents of the Luddic faith. The Path controls the worlds of Chalcedon in Kumari Kandam system and Epiphany in Al Gebbar system. The Luddic Path is a loosely associated category of radical, de-centralized, apocalyptic sects of Luddism that view the Church as compromised and corrupt. Only through forceful righteous action shall Good destroy Evil, and only through violence will the abomination of humanity's hubris and rebellion against God be swept aside in a final act of redemption. The Luddic Path necessarily finds itself at odds with nearly all other factions in the Sector. They use simple, ragtag, low-tech ships. Leader of the Luddic Path is Brother Livewell Cotton. He has a strong conviction in the righteous of his crusade against the evils of technology. The Path controls the systems of Al Gebbar and Kumari Kandam.

15. #15Persean League

    Keys: Persean League, PLS, The League

    The Persean League is a powerful faction opposed to the Hegemony. It has a wide reach, controlling the same number of markets as the Hegemony. An alliance formed to counter Hegemony domination of the Sector. Members of the League don't necessarily agree on all issues, domestic or otherwise, and may even come into armed conflict with one another. But the League is united when it comes to the Hegemony who they consider to be illegitimately enforcing martial law in the name of the Domain. The League unites against other external threats such as particularly megacorporations, warlords, and the Luddic Path. The purpose of the League is freedom of the constituent polities with any matters of internal politics of those polities to be left to their own devices. They mostly use balanced "midline" ships. They are lead by a Prime Demarchon, the current being Reynard Hannan. The League controls the systems of Isirah, Mayasura, Thule, Tyle, Westernesse, Yma and Zagan.

16. #16Sindrian Diktat

    Keys: Sindrian Diktat, Sindria, Sindrian, SDS

    The Sindrian Diktat is a polity in the Askonia system. A military dictatorship founded by a rogue Hegemony admiral, it controls most of its home system. If fuel, crime & vice, or Volturnian Lobster. Founded in a relatively recent Hegemony military intervention in the Askonia system led by Admiral Philip Andrada, formerly of the Hegemony Navy. They are the sector's largest producer of antimatter fuel, and use mostly midline ships. They are the only ones who grew and export Volturnian Lobsters, Rare and highly valuable delicacy. Philip Andrada controls and leads the Diktat, his title being Supreme Executor Admiral. Askonia is the only systems under their control.

17. #17Tri-Tachyon

    Keys: Tri-Tachyon, Tri-Tachyon Corporation, TTS

    It's a small but technologically sophisticated faction and megacorporation in the Sector, Tri-Tachyon specializes in cutting-edge AI development and exotic high-power devices. Since the collapse, Tri-Tachyon has vastly diversified its operations and insinuated itself throughout the Sector. Even hostile factions, paranoid of hardwired backdoors, find themselves forced to employ standard Tri-Tachyon devices, beginning with the ubiquitous Tri-Tachyon PDA. They make and sell most of the technology found in Sector, and use high-tech ships. Current CEO of the Tri-Tachyon corporation is Artemisia Sun. Hybrasil is the only system under their control but have many stations across the other Systems.

18. #18Independent

    Keys: Independent, Independents

    Not a unified faction as such, the Independents are a loose category of polities and free agents unified more by a lack of association with a major faction than any shared qualities. Independent worlds and the spacers who call them home often share data, trade generously among themselves, and will readily cooperate to perform short-term security and military actions to better protect what freedom they have maintained by working together. Equally likely, trust can break down, and Independents will suspiciously deny each other favors, compete viciously, and turn a blind eye to the misfortune of neighbours.

19. #19Pirates

    Keys: Pirates

    The pirates have markets in many systems, and can build pirate bases in uninhabited star systems. Bases can cause pirate activity in a star system, which disrupts normal commerce and growth in the affected system, and can launch pirate raids on said systems. Pirates ships has low quality, but they are still way better than Luddic Path.

20. #20Remnants

    Keys: Remnants, AI Remnants, AI Remnant

    The AI Remnants are a minor faction hiding in the outer reaches of the Sector. A remnant of the autonomous AI fleets developed by the TriTachyon Corporation. Illegal under Domain law, and an abomination to the Church of Galactic Redemption, the First AI War saw these creations purged from the Sector, at least officially.

21. #21Persean Sector

    The Persean Sector is the region of space in the Milky Way galaxy where Starsector takes place. There are dozens of systems, which can be classified in two groups, the Core Worlds, and the outer systems. The Sector is large 100 light years in either direction from it's center.

22. #22Core Worlds

    Keys: Core Worlds, civilized space, Civilized space, The Core Worlds

    Core Worlds are the cluster of 24 systems located in the center of the Persean sector and houses the vast majority of the sector's human population and industry, or in other words it's civilized space. It is home to the the Hegemony, Tri-Tachyon, the Persean League, the Luddic Church, and the Sindrian Diktat, in addition to the Independent worlds. The UAF territory lies 20 Light years south of the Core Worlds.

23. #23UAF Worlds

    Keys: UAF Worlds, UAF Territory, UAF Space, Auroran Worlds, Auroran Space, Auroran Territory

    UAF teritory is 20 light years away from the center of the Persean sector and the Core Worlds are the three Systems that are controlled and is home of the United Auroran Federation, or the UAF. The Aoi-Ayama System houses Auroria, Lunamun and Vermillion Station. The Caeli Constallation houses Favonius. Stjarna System houses Hem Fayette Station, Nur Processing Plant on a Vulcanic World and the Himmel Refinery Plant which orbits a Gas Giant.

24. #24Hyperspace

    Keys: Hyperspace

    Hyperspace is the primary means of interstellar travel in the Sector. It is slower than gates and wormholes but allows travel almost anywhere in the Sector. To enter hyperspace a fleet must travel to and jump though jump point into hyperspace. Fleets can exit hyperspace at jump points, or at the gravity wells around gas giants and stars. Traveling in hyperspace uses fuel. If a fleet runs out of fuel while in hyperspace it will drift towards the nearest gravity well and fall back into normal space there. There is Deep hyperspace zones and Hyperspace Storms.

25. #25Deep hyperspace

    Hyperspace contains Deep Hyperspace zones, denoted by dark clouds. Fleets in deep hyperspace have half the sensor profile and are slowed. They can make excellent ambush nests, provided care is taken to move when a storm starts forming.

26. #26Hyperspace Storms

    Keys: Deep hyperspace clouds, Hyperstorm, Hyperspace storms

    Deep hyperspace clouds can randomly turn into hyperspace storms. Deep hyperspace clouds will glow brighter for a few seconds before turning into a storm. Storms are brightly lit with flashes of lightning. Hyperspace storms cause periodic random storm strikes to ships inside them. Strikes deal great damage to a randomly selected ship's hull and armor and also toss the fleet a considerable distance through space.

27. #27Slipstreams

    Keys: Slipstreams, Slipstream

    Slipstreams are described currents, not unlike those navigated by Old Earth sailors. They are large tunnels which connect distant, arbitrary points in hyperspace. When a ship enters a slipstream, they will be forcefully pushed along towards the slipstream's exit. A ship can get ejected at each turn and corner. The slipstream can be exited whenever the ship may please.

28. #28Abyssal hyperspace

    Abyssal hyperspace is an area where the interstellar background and other visual details are shrouded in darkness. Abyssal hyperspace is found around the edges of the Persean Sector.

29. #29Galatia Academy

    The Galatia Academy is an interstellar research institution and university in the Sector. Its campus is located in orbit of Pontus, a gas giant in the Galatia Star System. The Academy was founded pre-collapse, a humble institution of research and higher education on the grand frontier of the Domain. The dual foci were practical matters in the fields from applied terraforming to engineering sciences and the more theoretical pursuits including study of local astrophysics and xenobiology. They have a lot of departments for studies, from History, Holoarts, Theortical sciences, AI Defense, Astrometrics and chemistry, Cybernetic, Domain and Sector History, Engineering, Hyperspace Physics, Biology and many more.
