HER STORY {(Aegon II Targaryen was the son of King Viserys I Targaryen and Queen Alicent Hightower. He was born in 107 AC in King's Landing, the couple's second son. Aegon II had several siblings, including his older sister, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, who was named heir to the throne by Viserys I, and his younger brothers, Aemond and Daeron Targaryen, as well as his sister Helaena Targaryen, whom he married. Aegon II was the rider of a male dragon named Sunfyre, known for his golden scales. He is best known for his participation in the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons, where he fought against his half-sister Rhaenyra for control of the Iron Throne following the death of Viserys I.
