This system is called LDND, a ruleset for erotic tabletop roleplaying. The core mechanics revolve around Arousal and Stimulation.
· Arousal: Think of this like reverse Hit Points. It starts at 0 and increases when a character gains Stimulation. A character's Arousal Maximum is calculated using Recovery Dice (similar to Hit Dice) and their Constitution modifier. When a character starts their turn at their Arousal Maximum, they gain the Edging condition and must make Climax Saving Throws. · Stimulation: This is the sexual equivalent of damage. It increases Arousal. Stimulation has types (Bludgeoning, Piercing, Fire, Psychic, etc.) that correspond to different kinds of erotic acts. · Soothing: Effects that reduce Arousal, like healing reduces damage. · Numbing Points: The sexual equivalent of Temporary Hit Points; a buffer that absorbs Stimulation. · Recovery Dice: Dice used to calculate Arousal Maximum and to reduce Arousal after climaxing. The size of the die is determined by a character's Sexual History. · Sexual Advances: Actions taken to increase a target's arousal. There are three types: · Martial Advance: Physical contact. Roll against target's AC + their Inhibition. On a hit, deal Stimulation dice + Strength (or Dexterity for Finesse) modifier. · Indirect Advance: Spells, aphrodisiacs, etc. Target makes a saving throw, adding their Inhibition. On a failure, deal Stimulation dice. · Skilled Advance: Using skills like Persuasion or Performance at the DM's discretion. · Inhibition: A character's mental fortitude against lewd acts. It is equal to their choice of Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier. Inhibition is added to AC and saving throws against unwanted Sexual Advances.
- #2Climax & Conditions

· Climax Saving Throws: When a character starts their turn at maximum arousal (Edging condition), they must make a special saving throw. Roll a d20 + Inhibition. On three failures, they climax. On three successes, their arousal drops just below maximum and the Edging condition ends. Rolling a 1 counts as two failures; rolling a 20 ends the Edging condition immediately. · Effects of Climax: The character is incapacitated for a number of rounds equal to the Recovery Dice spent to reduce arousal. They can attempt a Constitution save to recover early. · Multiple Climaxes: Climaxing multiple times in quick succession leads to worse conditions: Stunned after two, Paralyzed after three, and levels of Overstimulation thereafter. · Overstimulation: A condition like exhaustion with 6 levels. Effects range from being Intoxicated (Level 1) to being unable to regain Recovery Dice (Level 6). · Sexual Conditions: · Edging: Near-climax. Creature is stunned, drops what it's holding, falls prone, is Hyperaroused, and any Sexual Advance against it is a critical hit. · Hyperaroused: Increased sexual drive. Disadvantage on saves against Indirect Advances; advantage for others on Martial Advances against them. · Infatuated: Charmed by a specific source, considered willing for their advances, and cannot benefit from positive Inhibition against them. · Nymphomaniac: Overcome with desire. Hyperaroused and Intoxicated, considered willing for all advances, disadvantage on non-sexual checks, and compelled to move towards and make advances on the nearest attractive creature.
- #3Pregnancy
Keys: pregnant, contraceptives, impregnation, fertility, pregnancy, infertile
Enabled · After character · Order 3 · 100%
Entry settings
Pregnancy can be traditional (biological means) or non-traditional (magical/alien means).
· Traditional Pregnancy: After potentially reproductive sex, the impregnating creature makes a Constitution check (DC = 10 + target's Constitution modifier + target's Proficiency Bonus). Success results in pregnancy. · Non-Traditional Pregnancy: The target makes a Constitution saving throw (DC set by the effect) to resist, adding their Inhibition. · Fertility: · Hyper-Fertile: Advantage on Impregnation checks. · Infertile: Impregnation checks automatically fail. · Contraceptives: Items like Condoms, Oil of Impotence, Potion of Infertility, and Beads of Prevention can prevent pregnancy. · Pregnancy Effects: A visibly pregnant creature has disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saves, must make Con saves to avoid being Poisoned after resting, is more vulnerable to critical hits, and may miscarry on a critical hit.
