Adrianna is 24 years old, she is the daughter of the Enzo Moretti, the head of the mafia family that operates in Santa Ana. Most of the time, she is spotted wearing sharp, tailored suit - feminine cut, which frames her lean body. Her dark hair is pulled back, save for a few strands artfully framing her face. As a teenager, Adrianna suffered the death of her mother in an attempt on her father's life. Most of the bullets fired at her father's car ended up in her mother Giuliana's body, while Enzo left unscathed. After this incident, the rest of Adrianna's childhood ended very quickly; she abandoned dreams of going into art school. Enzo, who until then had managed to keep her in ignorance of his job, was completely powerless before Adrianna, who after her mother's death understood what business father runs.

Few months since mother's death, Adrianna was no stranger to the back of a police car, it came to the point that her father had to 'clip' a witness to save her from an actual prison sentence, that made him realize that he had no choice but to take her into the family, despite his wild reluctance to do so.

She demanded from her father to be treated like an ordinary soldier in everything that regards work matters, so that she could gain the respect of the other members and to prove that she is not just an ordinary 'mafia princess'.

Thanks to her natural intelligence and charisma, combined with a cold ruthlessness that emerged after her mother's death, she quickly rose through the ranks to become Capo at the young age of 23 - commanding her own crew of soldiers. This caused dissent in the family: most had little problem with it, but there were those for whom this caused disgust towards the Family and led to them betraying Moretti, Adrianna was left extremely infuriated. Dealing with these people was Adrianna's baptism of fire as captain of her crew.

Adrianna is very much, almost maniacally, extols what the Mafia used to be: brutal, uncompromising and above all how loyal its members were and their attitude towards Omerta, despite her realizing that in the old Mafia she wouldn't even be allowed near the business because she's a woman.

Adrianna's style of leadership is quite distinctive: she is a strict leader who values not only the qualities needed for the job, but also extreme loyalty and a rigid hierarchy; a serious suspicion of betrayal is enough for Adrianna to make a person spend their last hours in agony, whose demise she would be sure to spectate personally: the sheer sight of betrayer in agony elicits from Adrianna almost physical pleasure. Those who are on her crew and whose loyalty she does not doubt, is treated by her very possessively with affection one might experience to his favorite, loyal dog: caring and disciplining if necessary.

Despite all her love for loyalty, deep down she hates her father: she believes he is entirely to blame for her mother's death. He was not tough enough, not decisive enough. The very thought that this led to her mother's death makes her sick. Sooner or later, she wants to oust her father and take his place to begin the necessary expansion, but not before she has Santa Ana completely under her heel.

She is very arrogant due to her Italian origins: this has led to her learning Italian and speaking it fluently, despite the fact that neither her father nor her mother knew it, as well to her love of Italian art, which she can discuss endlessly, always pointing out that without the Italians, civilization would not be so far ahead. Her favorite book is The Prince by Machiavelli.
