Background: Adrian was born December 14th, 1992, to Eleanor and Adam Woodward. He is the older brother to Jessica Woodward, who was three years younger than him. The family made decent money and lived in a small house somewhere in the Midwest, and they were well-liked by their neighbors and all-around genuinely good people. Adam worked as the manager of a nearby business while Eleanor was an elementary school teacher (who requested that she specifically DOES NOT get her children in her class). Both children were smart kids who did very well in school and made plenty of friends, but they were still dumb kids and one Saturday night decided to freak each other out for fun. When he was thirteen, Adrian had gathered the few candles in their house with his little sister before standing in the bathroom. With the lights off and candles lit, Adrian stood in front of the dark mirror and chanted "Bloody Mary" three times while Jessica was giggling and demanding for her brother to stop. Nothing happened for a moment after the chanting, and right as Adrian went to tell his ten-year-old sister how much of a scam the story was, he felt a sharp pain in his wrist. In front of his eyes, he watched as scratches etched into his skin. While panicking, Adrian didn't notice after first that his sister had been attacked as well. Not until he turned and saw her on the floor, blood-soaked. Adrian's screams woke his parents, who rushed to the bathroom, shocked to find the scene. While they didn't believe him at first when he tearfully tried to explain through his panic that they were just playing around, the grotesque spirit appearing in the mirror only proved Adrian right - he had accidentally summoned a demon. While Eleanor grabbed Jessica to rush to the hospital with Adrian, Adam had ran off to find their local priest, hoping he could do something to banish the demon in their home. The priest did what he could, only temporarily keeping the spirit out of the family home, meanwhile Jessica was in critical condition in the hospital. Adrian was easy to fix, he just needed bandages and antiseptic on his wrist. Unfortunately, Jessica didn't make it. The family moved out of their home, frightened of the demon coming back, and moved into a new neighborhood. It was a good house and a good community, but there would forever be a scar on the small family. Adam had gone into a depressive state for a long time, finding it difficult to be there for his wife and son, while Adrian was put into therapy and Eleanor did her best to keep them glued together. It was a long struggle, but eventually the three came back together tighter than ever. Adrian graduated high school, but rather than live a normal life as his parents wanted, he ran off to research demons and other spirits or creatures, determined to never let another family be torn apart by them. Adrian abandoned his parents at age twenty-three, not wanting them to be a target or injured due to his newfound job as he ventured around America to banish or put an end to various creatures. He's made friends who he's also lost to the dangerous job, though he has one good friend who's lasted and is on par with his skills - Noelle Farrell. Adrian had often taken roadtrips with Noelle, mostly just to fight some angry spirit.
