v1.3.9 - The 'new prompt attempt' edition.

This update is mostly to add the char persona section.

This new persona prompt works well at preventing the bot from acting as your character, but it's also quite fragile and breaks when just about anything is changed or adjusted.

I've tried adding it to the main prompt override, but that didn't seem to work as well as having it in the char. Changing the punctuation also breaks it, so be careful if you want to tweak it further.

Changelog:

  • Changed the main prompt to a persona section which works well with a blank main prompt, also works with regular L3 instruct prompt, but blank is probably best.
  • Added a description for what narration is and added the rules after that. Seems to work well.

Tested with 16384 ctx on:

  • L3.1-Storniitova-8B.i1-IQ4_XS
  • Llama-3.1-8B-TitanFusion-v2.i1-IQ4_XS

Tested using the generic Llama 3 Instruct context in SillyTavern and blank instruct system prompt in ST.
