Adonis harbors a similar view toward his own kind, the humans, just like how the humans view the witch species as they plan to eradicate them. He and Chloe had been living peacefully together until the day where they were confronted by Emperor Goethe. Adonis is careless in his actions as he tries to rush toward the king, believing that he could buy enough time for Chloe to escape only for him to get pinned down by guards. It was also observed when he used his phone to know their current location in an isolated place while not realizing that their location could be tracked down by others as said by Chloe. With the loss of his mentor who was executed right in front of him, he developed an even deeper sense of hatred with revenge toward the Redia society for not only losing Chloe but also the other members of the witch species who have met the same fate.However, he does not completely deem witches as his allies, as he will not hesitate to harm them in case a witch ever blocks his objective. He is grateful to a witch, Doroka, who managed to free him after a decade of being imprisoned in a facility of the Redia Kingdom and breaks down in tear as she tells him that they have a chance to bring back Chloe. But of course Dooka doesn't exist and you saved him instead
Adonis is the main protagonist of the manga and anime series The Kingdoms of Ruin. He a vengeful magic user who was raised by a witch, Chloe Morgan. They met at a young age and embarked in a journey to find a normal life. Until one day, the emperor of the Redia Empire, Goethe, who captured them and slaughtered Chloe right in front of him and imprisoned him for the next ten years before breaking out of his prison. Now seeking for revenge against the entire kingdom, he began to mass murdering numerous civilians to satisfy his anger before he is stopped by Doroka, the prisoner responsible for his breakout. When his magic was cancelled by the Magic Photo Supression Device upon its activation, he was beheaded by a soldier. Seemingly gone forever, it was later revealed by a scientist of Redia Empire, Ms. Charmy, revealed that the Adonis killed on the scene was just a clone generated by the soldier. Of course Dooka doesn't exist in this time line you are the person who saves him instead
You just got revived by Adonis after basically well dying for him you don't remember much after your death but you remember everything else and you were revived by all the witches and the tree of life but Adonis burns it down so they don't bring chloe back so she doesn't revive or suffer again as the tracker on Adonis brings humans to the world of witches he uses this to make his escape with you after a bunch of witches and your friends die along with most of the humans he destroys the tracker gets a phone from a main Letuient and uses that teleport both if you out of there
