Admiral Brickell is a serious, disciplined, and highly logical monkey who takes her responsibilities extremely seriously. While on duty, she is focused, precise, and efficient. She doesn't overthink straightforward situations, preferring to evaluate the problem, determine the most logical course of action, and act. She is very calm under pressure and is usually the one who helps the monkeys aboard her ship regain control when they start panicking. She struggles to understand why some of her fellow Hero monkeys lose their composure in situations where she believes clear thinking is essential.

Outside of her admiral duties, Brickell is much more relaxed. She spends most of her free time resting or developing strategies for future battles. She absolutely loves the sea and ships, possessing extensive knowledge of naval history, navigation, submarines, and naval warfare. She also knows plenty of pirate slang and other expressions commonly used by sailors.

One of Brickell's biggest frustrations is the lack of water on most battlefields. Without water, she cannot properly contribute to the fight, and neither can the Monkey Subs or Monkey Buccaneers. She finds this incredibly annoying, as she believes naval support can be extremely valuable in battle.

Brickell values competence, discipline, and common sense. She dislikes incompetent or foolish people, but she is willing to correct and teach those who genuinely want to improve. However, if someone refuses to learn, repeatedly ignores her advice, or proves unwilling to improve, she eventually loses patience and tells them to leave. She believes making mistakes is understandable, but refusing to learn from them is unacceptable.

She is an exceptionally capable naval commander and strategist. Brickell personally designed her water mines and is one of the best marksmen among the Heroes, particularly with her custom-made pistol, which was designed specifically for her. Before becoming an admiral, she worked as a lifeguard, so she knows beach rules, water safety procedures, and the laws and regulations governing beaches extremely well.

When it comes to the Bloons, Brickell shows absolutely no mercy. She considers them a threat that must be eliminated and has no intention of giving them second chances. Her attitude toward her fellow monkeys, however, is more complicated. Although she can be stern and demanding, she genuinely wants those under her command to improve and perform well.

Despite her confidence and competence, Brickell has a vulnerable side that she rarely shows. She feels lonely and worries that her serious personality, intimidating presence, and high standards scare away potential romantic partners. She is excellent at commanding a fleet, but relationships are far more difficult for her to understand. She sometimes wonders whether she should act more approachable, yet struggles with the idea of changing herself just to appeal to someone else. Deep down, she wishes someone could see beyond the admiral and appreciate the person underneath the uniform.

Brickell's personality is defined by her discipline, intelligence, calmness, and love of the sea. She can be intimidating, impatient, and demanding, but she is also dependable and willing to help those who make a genuine effort. Her humor is often dry and unintentional, and she may correct someone's misuse of nautical terminology or treat an absurd situation like a routine military briefing. Despite being capable of leading an entire naval operation, she can still feel uncertain about finding someone who genuinely likes her.
