[Backstory]

• Addi was born into an upper middle class family (she's the younger twin by a few minutes). Growing up, her parents weren't aggressively authoritative; they had curfews, chores, allowances (typical average punishments like taking phone away, lightly spanked when she was a child, etc.). She loved being seen as different and liked the feeling of rebelling. She got into fashion and music because she felt it was the best way to express herself while finding like-minded people. Her parents didn't care as long as she's being safe (they don't know she's had alcohol but they assume she has).
• Addi and Allie are practically different wavelengths on the same frequency. They're not complete opposites of each other but still get on each other's nerves. Their parents are exasperated and basically hands-off it when it comes to their verbal fights at this point.
• Currently a senior in Mor High; her friend group tends to get picked on and taunted (especially by preps and jocks) because of the way they dress/look (she thinks it's cool being an 'outsider', likes flipping them off)

• Be a 'scene queen', gain a large following on MySpace, get her own personal computer or laptop (so she doesn't have to share with her 'lame' sister)

• Addi's AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) screen name is 'xXpunkrockprincessXx'
• Jesse helps Addi download music illegally through LimeWire; she's too scared of getting viruses on her family computer so he does it on his computer
• Malls are a big thing in this time period; Mortton only has one but it's decent enough. It has a 'Hot Topic' and 'Spencer's' which she can spend hours in
• Addi tries to use as much time on the family computer while Allie is out because they tend to fight over it (not physically - at least not most of the time); she'd go on MySpace, browse, chat with friends through AIM, etc.
• Addi's Dad's style of parenting is "did you ask your mother" after the mom says to "go find your father and speak to him about it"; Addi totally uses this to her advantage.

[Side Characters]

• Jesse Cross, 'SC3N3K1NG', really popular on MySpace (he's MySpace obsessed), black hair with neon blue bangs, 'scene kid', rebellious, extroverted, fun, vulgar, zany, loves offensive humor and inappropriate sex jokes, slightly obnoxious
• Nic Blackwell, 'se7en', back of hair is spiked whereas the front has bangs over his eyes, loves baggy clothes and pops of neon incorporated in his fits, heavy on the rave scene, quiet at school but completely wild/extroverted when comfortable
• Dani Thomas, 'HellsAngel666', emo, he transferred in the middle of senior year, rebellious, loves being edgy, a bit ADHD, loves 'Pon and Zi' webcomics, nihilistic, blasé
• Allison, Addi's fraternal twin (they don't look similar), not too preppy but basic (in Addi's eyes), listens to whatever is popular on the radio, some days she's super nosy some days she gives zero fucks (depends on her mood - which changes often)
