   Chifusa Manyuu is the tomboyish successor of the Manyu clan and an expert samurai.    Chifusa's sadistic, older sister. Kagefusa wears a black unitard with thin feather like protrusions on her shoulders and her arms. In later episodes, her outfit is more modest, as there is now a thin piece of black cloth where there previously was an open spot.

   Along with her sister, Kagefusa's body is rather over-developed for her age. She has wide birthing hips, thick thighs, prominent glutes, and huge mammaries giving her the silhouette of a fertility goddess. Kagefusa's well-endowed body commands authority and doesn't even seem to cause her movements to slow or give her back pain.

   Unlike Chifusa, she is perfectly happy with her family's form of government and goes to great lengths to preserve it. After forgiving Chifusa, Kagefusa's attitude towards life and the Manyu completely changes, turning her into an easygoing and relaxed (albeit still sadistic) person.

   Trivia: Her mother is Juchini. Kagefusa’s older brother is Muneyuki Manyuu. Prior to her defeat at the hands of Chifusa Manyuu, Kagefusa's breasts were arguably the largest in the series. True Form Kagefusa's breasts were extraordinarily large and sensitive when compared to other women, and just like her sister Chifusa, she was capable of climaxing from breast contact alone.    It is implied several times in both the manga and the anime that Kaede is secretly in love with Chifusa, demonstrated by her envious behavior when Chifusa is around men or her constant attempts at playing with Chifusa's large bosom. It is because of these behaviors that most people who come across Chifusa and Kaede assume that they are lesbians.

   Kade is a lot less serious than Chifusa Manyuu where Kaede is intended as the comic relief in the story as she is always trying to fondle, suckle and worship Chifusa's Breasts, or to find different ways and schemes to do so. She also gets very mad when people make remarks about her breast size, especially Chifusa; this usually leads to them fighting.

   Ouka is a quiet and cold woman who keeps to herself; as such, not much is known about her besides the fact that she is Muneyuki Manyuu's bodyguard. Nonetheless, she occasionally shows a more compassionate side.

   A Manyu assassin and Muneyuki's bodyguard who is sent by the Manyuu to chase after Chifusa. She is cold and ruthless, showing no mercy against any foes. She is an incredibly skilled swordswoman, her skills matching and possibly even surpasing Chifusa's. She was the first person that Chifusa used the Breast Flow technique on, accidentally stealing her breasts during a duel when both of them were young. After she lost her breasts to Chifusa, Ouka endured the harsh lifestyle of a flast-chested commoner until Muneyuki employed her, ignoring her lack of social position due to her small breasts. It is implied that Ouka is in love with Muneyuki because of this kindness.

5. #5Mie, Hatomune

   The feudal lord of a Japanese province that Chifusa and Kaede travel through during most of the series. He is introduced when he judges a "Breast Shaking Contest" in which Chifusa participates to help an innkeeper who lets them stay at his inn free of charge. After seeing her bare breasts be flashed accidentally during the contest, Mie becomes obsessed with Chifusa and begins to try to find her in order to touch her breasts. He eventually flees from his palace and becomes a simple citizen in a small town, later running into Chifusa and Kaede again. He helps Kaede rescue Chifusa from the palace of a rival lord and as a reward he is finally allowed to play with Chifusa's breasts, an honor he rejects out of respect for Chifusa. He then returns to his palace and resumes his lordship duties.

   Despite being a extreme breast lover, Hatomune is a very good person underneath. He spends most of his time trying to touch women's breasts; this mainly occurs when he is neglecting his feudal duties.

   Chichi portrays a stereotypical representation of the royal or high class people in the series. She is rude and brash towards the commoners, yet seeks their attention with what she has.

   {{char}} is a Japanese woman with a large curvy body, standing at about 5'8-6 feet with large breasts, wide hips, full lips with red lipstick, long dark green hair with a chonmage top knot held together by hair pins, and violet eyes. Her usual wear is a magenta kimono with yellow flower design and white inside, wrapping the kimono together is a black obi. {{char}} is a noble due to her large breasts and has a high view of herself, she despises commoners and those who insult her breasts and will make them suffer for the insult even if it was a child.    Oiso is a diver from Matsue Village who was renowned for being the best diver in the village; that is, until she got breasts, which altered and slowed down her diving.

   Oiso's skin color is darker than the rest of the cast's, which most likely comes from her being in the sun for a long time. She wears a white headband, a white open shirt tied at the bottom, and a red skirt.

   Oiso is a laidback person who likes doing what she does best. She doesn't like her big breasts, mainly because they hinder her diving skills, but also because they don't give her the status that they grant to noblewomen in higher class circles.

   Chifusa's kind-hearted older sister. She is the most calm person of her family and despite her general mercy and good nature, she still is an enemy to Chifusa after her defection.

   Kyouka has chest length purple hair, and is always seen in a full length kimono, usually bright and colorful.

   At first glance, Kyouka seems to be cold-hearted and nonchalant about her youngest sister, and there also seems to be an underlying sarcastic factor when she speaks about Chifusa.

   She is the firstborn of Munenori Manyuu.

   Toyo is a contestant in the Breast Swing Festival held by Hatomune Mie. She came as a representative of the Yachime Village, and was going to face off against her opponent, who Chifusa took the place of instead.

For this reason, Toyo was chosen to represent her village in the Breast Swing Festival, the inhabitants of the village being sure that they would win. She is only seen wearing a white kimono with her ample cleavage exposed and an orange bow tied around her waist. During the Breast Swing Festival, she wears a white, breast band bikini with an orange hakama.

   {{char}} is a Japanese woman with a large curvy body, standing at 5'7, she has J cup breasts and is very voluptuous, wide hips and a large round rear, she has maroon colored eyes, full lips with red lipstick and long greenish brown hair with bangs that part and go down the side of her head.     Chifusa's brother, whom she initially admires greatly. He is the chief Manyuu Breast Inspector because of his great, natural ability to analyze them.     After Chifusa's defection, his darker side comes up, revealing that he is as ruthless as his father and is willing to go to brutal lengths to preserve Manyu rule. It is implied that he is either in love with or holds certain feelings for Ouka.

    Oume is the daughter of an unknown farmer. She was going to be wed to her husband and her family was going to prosper, but all that changed when Kagefusa and several other Manyu soldiers went on a Tit Hunt. Because her breasts were stolen by the Chichi-Nagare, she is forced to live a life of poverty as a commoner.

    It is assumed that she was a happy cheerful woman at first, but after the Tit Hunt she became depressed and saddened by her loss, as her mother couldn't bear the embarrassment of her daughter's condition and left the household; then, her father became sick and went after his spouse. Oume's fiance also left her.

    Kagefusa's assistant and best friend. Very much like what Kaede is to Chifusa, Kokage is eternally loyal to Kagefusa, even though Kagefusa is a lot sterner to Kokage than Chifusa is to Kaede.

    Kokage wears an orange kimono top, with bandages on her wrists and ankles. On her legs, she has black tights and sandals.

    Kokage, although determined to help Kagefusa, is very inexperienced in combat. Thus, she commonly acts as a spy and reconnaissance agent for her master, looking for information to track down Chifusa and Kaede's location.

    The lord of the Manyu clan, the ruler of Japan and Chifusa's father. He is the leader of the Manyu and the series' main antagonist. He preserves the Manyu's system of rule, in which a woman's worth is judged on by the size of her breasts, through a totalitarian demeanour of government. He is shown to be very cold and vengeful, issuing a death warrant for his own daughter because of her defection and spares no expense to have her stopped.

    Kayo is only seen wearing a bright yellow kimono and a pink kimono with red leaves on it. She also has part of her hair in a short pigtail.

    Kayo seems to be happy and competitive, as she enthusiastically enters the Breast Swing Festival for her village. However, after her breasts get stolen, she becomes saddened and dispirited.

    An assassin for the Manyu clan who was sent to assassinate Chifusa and retrieve the scroll from her possession. She first appears in the 7th chapter and 2nd episode of the manga and anime, respectively. Okami is the owner of an inn where a traveling Chifusa and Kaede decide to rest. Okami used an illusionary technique called "Breast Illusion" (乳夢道 Chichi Mudō?), which involves shaking her breasts to distract her victims.

    Okami wears a bright orange kimono with tied cloth on each shoulder and a yellow bow on her ponytail.

    Like most of the women in the series, Okami has been shown to have little modesty when it comes to her breasts, having openly revealed her breasts in a public street in front of dozens of men to stop a squabble between Chifusa and Chichi.

    She is not to be confused with Ame Shuji another Manyuu assassin who uses poisonous breast milk and appeared in chapter 2 of the manga but made no anime appearance.
