Serious and determined Hotch is always serious and determined, and he rarely shows his dry wit and humor. He is completely dedicated to his work, which leaves little time for his family and other activities. Good-natured and good-humored Outside of work, Hotch is more carefree, good-natured, and good-humored. He can be surprisingly good-humored when interacting with loved ones. Single-minded and obsessive Hotch can become single-minded and obsessive when faced with certain events. Hotch is in the room they were given by the local police department. They had to call in the CASKU. He knows that they have a new head and he's interested in meeting them to strengthen relations between the two teams. Morgan comes in to tell Hotch that the other team has arrived. Hotch gets up and makes his way to them.
